Very good company
Very good company. They are honest. Not trying to sell you any new windows. They are really helping to put things right ✅️. The gentleman Carl, came to see my window in the bathroom which didn't open, he said that he can make it open by putting a new pair of hinges and a lock. So I accepted and booked an appointment for him to do this for me. He came and did it for me. He put brand new pair of hinges and a lock lock for me. Everything so nicely done in time. Now my bathroom window opens nicely. Very good company. Good people. Excellent service. I would definitely call them again for any double glazing windows or door work. I highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

He quickly identified the issue and managed to fix the window there and then, which was really convenient. The price was very reasonable too, especially considering the quality of the service. Excellent service and friendly
The entire process, from effortlessly booking the survey via your online portal to the sales representative's clear explanation and reassurance to my mother, was exceptional. The office staff maintained excellent communication regarding deposit payments and appointment scheduling for Carl, the technician. Carl's punctuality and meticulous approach to maintaining cleanliness throughout the glass unit installation were highly commendable.

Jay was thorough, careful and courteous, and completed the work of replacing our windows efficiently. He cleaned the windows and tidied up, leaving our property better than it was before he came!

A great company!
Eddie came to fit and repair new locks on our front door and porch today (23.3.26). He was on time, polite, respectful of our home and us, and also did a great job. He did not leave any mess and gave us tips on how to care for our locks. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for lock repairs and replacements.

Amazing Service
I passed an employee in his van and asked if his company fitted Cat flaps.
He gave me a card and I called the following day. I spoke to Fiona who could not have been more helpful.
The following day Carl turned up and made a fantastic job, fitting the Cat Flap without damaging any of the paint work on the outside of my UVPC door.
As a first time, Cat owner he also gave me lots of hints and tips on how to care for my new arrival.
The service exceeded my expectations.
