Easy to contact. Fantastic communication all the way through to the day of the work. The engineer (James) was on time, really easy to talk to, even put on shoe covers to protect any carpets.

He took one look at the job and recognised what was needed. He gave me the price immediately and told me he'd be five minutes. Which he was!

He also did a great job of telling me what other window services Window Doctor provide. I'll definitely use them again if needed.

Chap that came out to carry out inspection was nice enough but quoted just shy of £1000 to make adjustments to the doors and replace one lock. Will not be using anytime soon.

22 panes of glass were booked to be replaced, measured, booked and fitted withing 2 weeks. 1 issue with a faulty pane was remedied within 24 hours. Excellent service I would certainly recommend them,

Excellent service received from The Window Doctor today. Was only expecting a survey but Jay identified the root of the problem really quickly & offered to rectify there & then. The solution was also a lot cheaper than I was expecting it to be which was a big bonus!
