The engineer Cornel was very well turned out and meticulous about using shoe covers inside the house. He identified the problem with a sticking door immediately and resolved the issue. It works better than new!
I have to say also that Cornel was exceptionally polite and respectful and would readily recommend him.

The technician ( Eddie ), arrived on time and explained what needed to be done and gave a quote of the cost. I found this acceptable and the work was carried out professionally. I was very pleased with the work and the service from booking to finishing the job. I would use this company again.

Eddie the engineer arrived to give me a quote to fix a badly aligned door. He inspected the door quoted a price and to my surprise was able to fix the problem on the spot without a second visit. In summary a very pleasant fellow, an efficiently completed job, done in a single visit at a reasonable price. Excellent. What could be better?

Cornel the “ doctor “ was amazing ! Polite , careful, prompt and simply thebest trade person we have ever experienced . A credit to his company and we will ask for him by name when we get our misted windows repaired in the autumn . The price was reasonable in comparison to other company’s that offer the same service . From booking the appointment online to coming to quote the job to coming round to complete the job the communication was excellent and Dave who did all the work was very professional and courteous. This is the second time I’ve now used this company and i would definitely recommend them.

Had to call out The Window Doctor due to a handle not working on a pvc window. Booking an appointment that was convenient to me was very easy. Received a reminder the night before, on the morning of the appointment and once they were on the way.

Eddie. a very polite and friendly chap, turned up and quickly identified that we needed a new handle. Having confirmed that I wanted a quote to replace, cost of £36, that I agreed with, he replaced the lock in a few minutes.

Would I use them again? Yes. Do I recommend them? Yes.

This firm has a wealth of experience, evidently. They do not talk down to you. They turned up on time, and the work was carried out in very good time, especially considering the extreme weather. The one note of concern I've got is, they'd said when they came to quote, that they'd fill a gap alongside my upper window - this was not done. I'd also had the impression I could pay in installments but had to pay all at once. That made things a bit more difficult than I would have preferred. None of these things were a big problem, but it'd help if things are as stated or as advertised.

Initial contact was via online booking. Engineer James arrived on time respected property by placong mat and shoe covers. He was knowledgeable provided instant quote and is to return with parts in a few days

Had an issue with front door not locking. Easily booked a quote appointment online. Jay turned up on Monday, immediately identified the issue, provided a quote. Then we got booked in for the repair the very next day. All very fast and professional.

From the very first contact Window Doctor showed good customer care the assessment of needs was through to the actual completion of work. The engineer Gary was reassuring and discussed the issues he was having with the bifold doors. Right from get go i understood what he was trying to achieve.
