The Window Doctor Care & Repair Service Ltd Bewertungen

Easy to book online for a quick survey and everything was explained and costed. Appointment then booked for the work and David arrived promptly so no hanging around all day. Work completed very satisfactorily and cleared up afterwards. Excellent service and can highly recommend.

They are what they say on the tin, no complaints, easy.

Cornel was very polite, friendly, professional and efficient

From my first telephone enquiry, The Window Doctor provided an efficient, friendly and reliable service.
The free initial survey was quickly undertaken and the quote provided was correct.
The job required removing and replacing X2 top window bolts to allow opening and closing the windows, which were jammed shut. I was given a convenient appointment for the work to be carried out.
The ‘doctor’, Carl arrived as arranged and notified me by SMS when he was on the way.
I cannot thank Carl enough for his expert work in replacing the old mechanism with new parts allowing the top windows to function correctly.
The firm is excellent and Carl is irreplaceable!

Absolutely fantastic service from The Window Doctor.

Jay did an excellent job replacing the glass in my windows. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, punctual and clearly took pride in his work. The whole process was completely hassle-free and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.

Jay worked neatly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The new glass looks fantastic, and it's great to deal with someone who takes such pride in doing a proper job.

I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Window Doctor to anyone needing replacement window glass.

Excellent workmanship, excellent service and a thoroughly nice guy. Five stars without question!

Brilliant service from start to finish. From the 1st phone call to the fixing of the bifold doors.
Every one i spoke to was polite and friendly.
Alan and Carl did a superb job. Thank you

I have a window that has dropped slightly so called Window Doctors to come and take a look. Their engineer, Dave came out, checked the window over and diagnosed and problem within minutes.
He told me how much the repair would be and he sorted the dropped window in about twenty minutes for a fraction of had cost that I thought that it would be!
I've already recommended Window Doctors to my Brother in law to sort his front door out!
These guys are reliable, honest and do a great job.
If I could rate them at 6 stars then I would!

Excellent service. Cornel came out to us for the quote and for the repairs and he was lovely. Would use The Window Doctor again and would ask for Cornel without hesitation! Price was very good value for money, customer service on the phones was great, quick turnaround from quote to repair. 10/10.

Really happy with the work Cornel did for us.
Clean, tidy, excellent work.
Highly recommend 😊

David arrived on time, was very clean and tidy in his work, which was done with no fuss. Excellent worker for the company would use again.

This is my second experience with this company, and like the first it was great.
Dave arrived and was friendly, professional and polite. I needed window hinges replaced, and after accepting his quote he was able to install the new hinges immediately. The office staff are also professional and helpful, and as that’s the first interaction you have with a company it’s very important. Fantastic service all round. Don’t go anywhere else for your window repairs! 5 stars!

Everything about this company is spot on. Carl arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with my wonky patio doors and quoted a reasonable price. He fixed the issue then and there and the company were transparent in their paperwork. For once an easy and in the case of Carl, friendly professional and efficient service.

Several door and window handles needed to be replaced. Contacted the Window Doctor who arranged to come around on the same day. Cornel was approachable, friendly and went out of his way to make sure all our issues were resolved as well as giving advice on how to care for the windows and doors. The standard of work and service were excellent and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service and a very professional engineer.
The engineer Cornel carried out an excellent job on my windows and was very informative about the care and everything I needed to know.

10/10, the guy came with his own foot mat and shoes cover as it was raining outside, very nice guy and the job was done quicker than what I thought.

The Window Doctor surveyed my front door, diagnosed the issue and arranged for the door to be repaired. Dave turned up on time today, very professional, did a fantastic job in replacing the hinges and overhauling the door. Left the porch clean.i would definitely recommend this company.

Booked to inspect/quote for broken window handle.

Was quoted straight away and authorised job and it was done quickly and the price is excellent.
