The Window Doctor Care & Repair Service Ltd Bewertungen

Outstanding service from a wonderful company. I had complete confidence throughout the two visits from Eddie and David that my issues would be dealt with to the highest standard. The standard of work is first class and they were both very professional and polite, thank you.
This level was echoed by Daina in the office on the occasions that I reason to speak with her, nothing was too much trouble and all correspondence was prompt and accurate, thank you too.

The appointment was easy to make and they kept me informed through the process. The engineer David and his colleague James arrived on site on time and were very polite and professional. They quoted me for a repair to be carried out which I accepted electronically. Just waiting for work to be carried out. I would recommend them to anybody needing their services.

The engineer, Eddie, make short work of my conservatory door problem. He did so in a no nonsense manner and, even tho it was the end of his working day, he did so in a pleasant and professional manner. I would recommend him and his company.

Very pleased with the service. Cornel did a brilliant job and was tidy and polite throughout. Would highly recommend.

Dave came and repaired our window quickly and was very friendly and professional. I have used this company a couple of times now and would definitely use again. The office staff are polite and helpful, highly recommend!

Great service. Excellent communication. I would definitely recommend the window doctor. The engineer was professional, he kept us informed of his eta at all times.

The booking process was easy to follow and done very professionally. The engineer, Cornel, was very friendly and did a great job to replace leaking window panes and a few broken hinges. He was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

I read the reviews before I booked them , ed was fantastic, very professional and charming . The office dealt with appointments and paperwork very efficiently, I would definitely recommend . It's a shame there isn't a reward for the recommendation for the potential new client

Great service by the engineer

A smooth experience from my telephone call for a quote to the fitting of a replacement glazing unit. Carl did the quote & fitting very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. Would recommend The Window Doctor

My window looks amazing now. Carl did a fabulous job….it was all done so quickly and efficiently- thank you.

I had some repairs and replacement glass done today. Dave the engineer was amazing! Friendly and professional. I have used the Window doctor many times and can't recommend highly enough.

Dave from The Window Doctor provided an excellent service. He replaced one broken pane of glass and one misted double glazed unit quickly and professionally.
He was polite, friendly and courteous throughout, arrived on time, carried out the work to a very high standard, and left everything clean and tidy when he had finished. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dave and The Window Doctor to anyone needing window repairs. A first-class service from start to finish. Thank you!

Very good service - Engineer visited at the allotted time to assess the problem and was very polite and helpful. A second visit was then booked in to complete the repair (as it was necessary to order replacement parts). Again the visit was made at the specified time and the engineers were very knowledgeable and polite.

Had an issue with our patio doors not closing properly. Rang the Window Doctor on Monday and they arranged for an engineer to come out on Weds (2 days later)
Jay arrived and quickly identified the issue and corrected it there & then. Very polite and explained exactly what he did to rectify.
Great service from the company & Jay

From the outset, I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the Engineers that came to assess the job.
Cornel actually carried out the work on our Doors and Windows, and he was punctual to the time slot given, and very presentable. He couldn’t have been more polite and considerate, and was an absolute delight to have in our home. He worked very hard and we are extremely pleased with the results. We would recommend him and Window Doctor to anyone.

Absolutely appalling service from this company and strongly discourage anyone from using.

They regularly didn’t turn up for appointments and provided very limited communication. They led us along for 9 months where they said they could fix our windows, however the final result was more damage to the windows and frames.

I paid a deposit which they said they would return some of; however this also required chasing and took 3 months to materialise.

James came to visit and investigated an issue with a large sliding patio door. And he provided very good guidance and advice on how to resolve it. Thank you. Will call on them again in the future.

Easy to book. Good advice. Slight problem after change of hinges but swiftly dealt with. Would use them again.

Eddie was exemptary, on time house respectful ( ie covered his own footwear with sleves ) . A professional job carried out , 2 door lock replacement and 1 window repair. Couldn't be more happy with the entire service ,would highly recommend 👌 😀 👍
