Professional service and very accommodative to our situation. Excellent choice of property as well. Nikhil Gupta and his team were very quick and supportive

The place was very good and well maintained. Service staffs were very friendly and highly recommended for a family of four. But i stayed alone (single guy). They had enough utensils and facilities enough to survive for a temporary stay of 10 days.

Mainly bhavesh from the team was very helpful during my stay.

One small request is to keep the caretakers contact in the apartment for better reach ability

We had a fantastic 12-day stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Marylebone, London. Traveling as a family of 7, we needed space, comfort, and convenience – and this apartment delivered on all fronts.
The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a long family stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living area was cozy and spacious, and the kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals.
The location is absolutely ideal – Marylebone is a charming, peaceful neighborhood with easy access to public transport, Regent’s Park, Baker Street, Oxford Street, and plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.
A special thanks to Vipul from the reservations team, who was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. He ensured everything went smoothly and was always available to assist with any queries – his support made our experience truly seamless.
We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to London. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a comfortable, centrally located apartment with excellent service.

Murtaza was great in checking me into my new flat and gave a good, friendly introduction. I had concerns about my previous flat, and they made sure that I was happy with my new one and that it was in good condition.

We used their services in Summer of 2025 for our stay on London. They were able to find us a perfect location that met my family’s needs- close to the underground, shops, restaurants, parks, and safe. They found us a beautiful property in Mayfair area.

For any issues we faced - Vipul, our amazing agent, was always available and helpful. He had sometime off during our stay and he still managed to reach out to help solve any problem we had. Also the building manager Mortiz was very nice.

The team is great and we would definitely use them again for our future stays in the UK and wherever else they provide service.

Leah made my entire check in super quick and easy, offered great introduction to the flat showing me around all amenities and useful features. She was absolutely brilliant and super lovely to chat with, also waiting for me due to a travel delay that I had!

Pre booking customer service from Hitesh was excellent. Onboarding was smooth and apartments were very good and at a great central location.

Apartment we stayed in Herlev was just to the point for couple, it was well equipped with all things one can practically need.. nearby super market and bus stop all in 2-5 mins walk! Also three cheers for Mohini from reservations at The Squa.re, she is just great to coordinate with always attentive and responsive !!

I recently stayed at the Clemenceu apartment and the apartment was exactly as described on the website- clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable. The location was perfect, two minute walk from the MRT.
