Booking was easy on WhatsApp, thanks to Vipul from the reservation team, who was kind enough to help us with an early check in as my flight arrived really early. the location of the apartment was great, right at central London, walking distance from restaurants, shops, parks for kids. The reservation team was quite responsive when I needed assistance with anything (parking, cleaning, etc)
Only complaint was that there was not vacuum cleaner in the apartment, with a family of about 4 in an apartment (including kids), that was much needed, however cleaning services was available once a week.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Umang has been an incredible help throughout our search for a house in Paris. Even though our travel dates kept changing and we are extremely picky about where we stay, she remained patient, supportive, and proactive the entire time. She consistently shared excellent options and was always available to help us through the process.

Her professionalism, responsiveness, and understanding of our requirements made the experience so much smoother. Truly brilliant service, highly recommended!

All of their 5 star reviews are fake they try to bully residences and force entry into the property constantly harassing residents and making up laws which they clearly do not know the uk laws con company Mohsin Khan is very rude and tries to scam residents

Had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was fast and clear, and Younis was really helpful in booking my temporary accommodation. Leah welcomed me warmly and explained everything properly, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. Both were friendly, professional, and very supportive. Highly appreciated!

Great experience with my stay at thesqua.re. Accommodations and service surrounding my unit were great. Communication was excellent and in particular Vipal in customer care was outstanding and responsive making the visit smooth and convenient. Recommended the company to friends and will definitely use them for future visits to London.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. Customer service responded promptly to our queries beforehand, and were able to quickly amend the dates of our stay when plans changed slightly. Our check-in was helpfully coordinated by Michael, who showed us around the property, and quickly responded to the few issues we encountered during our stay. The only negative part of our experience was that the listing mentioned in writing a private balcony that didn’t exist, and a gym to which we (as short-term residents) were refused entry by concierge.

Great stay and lovely well kept apartment. Michael greeted us and got us set up in no time. My wife had a few questions and we asked for a 2nd set of keys. Michael quickly dealt with these making our stay very easy and comfortable. Would recommend.
