My booking was complicated and the brief kept changing however the team especially Prayas were patient, extremely supportive and very accommodating right from the beginning to the day of checking in.

Overall experience was super and would highly recommend it.

Even though I was arriving late, Michael prepared our meeting well ahead and remained fully available to wait for me and provide all the check-in information I needed.

I stayed in an apartment for 2 weeks, and everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Michael who was my greeter and contact person. He was very friendly and always available and gave me useful advice.

I have had the worst experience with this company. I made a booking a day before my flight for 8nights, my flight got canceled and I had to get a new ticket in 4days time. I asked for my days to be moved and charged one or 2 nights but they refused and seized all the money paid.

It was very convenient, we took a 2 bedroom apartment and we stayed for 2 weeks
The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.
The elevators are very slow, we took the stairs, however with the kids luggage and strollers we would wait for at least 5 minutes, which is ok.
The apartment is a little “worn out”
The cleaning services is not great. Things just don’t look fresh and clean. You always see dust, and bits and pieces of things on the floor- a little messy. It was convenient for us as a family with 2 children.
17 mins walk from high street Ken and around 10 mins walk from earls court station. But nothing in the area other than an Italian restaurant across the corner.

I would like to commend Nikhil Gupta and his team for their professionalism and patience. I was looking for accommodation for 4 days for immediate occupation. The hotels were fully booked and it was impossible to find any rooms. Fortunately, I found thesqua.re serviced apartments. Nikhil and his team responded immediately to my enquiry and sourced out several options for the location of my choice.
Nikhil Gupta was in touch with me using whatsapp and helped me through the registration and payment process. The service was very personal. I will certainly approach them again when I need a serviced apartment.

We loved our apartment. It was super clean and had wonderful views! Within walking distance to Clarke Quay, Robertson Quay and more. Easy access to the MRT and taxi stands. We have already talked about returning and loved the experience.

The Canary Wharf apartment is extremely nice - in terms of what is declared on the Thesqua.re website. Proximity to DLR, Tube, Tesco express makes long stay at Thesqua.re recommended properties incredibly convenient.
Hitesh was the organiser and he is a polite person.
Suggestion for Thesqua.re - Upon arrival, there should be a memo provided regarding apartment upkeep, garbage disposal, keyhob guidelines and possible emergency contacts. We had to scramble a little bit to stay aware.

The meet and greet was very nice my stay with my son was also very nice. We had a lovely time and stay.
