Location of the and functionality of the apartment

I wanted to be in a safe area and in a nicely furnished space. The studio was perfect for me! It was very quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. I was very happy to stay there.
Also, the app is very easy to use, so I could ask for help when there was an issue and order supplies whenever I needed some.
I highly recommend thesqua.re!

I had a smooth check-in thanks to Rahul (for his help coordinating the greeting) and Michael, my greeter, who showed me the apartment, helped with my luggage, provided me recommendations for the area, and made himself available for any future requests I had. Couldn't recommend the squa.re service more!

Leah took care of scheduling everything for my arrival even with my flight being delayed, I m really thankful

It was my family trip with 2 kids and wanted a nice apartment at reasonable cost in downtown dubai .it was peak season but It was a very smooth experience while making my booking with squa.re services apartments ..Ruchita Poddar was very prompt in responding and answering all my queries. She ensured she was in touch with us even after the check-in was done.
Smooth check-in and everything was super perfect .. very nice apartment would surely recommend others to book it while travelling to dubai .

Very responsive and helpful service. High quality apartment and add on services, through local on the ground teams. Always contactable by phone or what’s app at short notice, and always very helpful and obliging. Highly recommend and would particularly like to thank Raghav who was our lead point of contact.

I do not recommend Squa.re

We reserved the 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1399 sq. foot Miles Place for our week long Christmas vacation in London. We are a family of 5 and wanted the space to spend time together, especially on Christmas Day when most of the city is shut down. Everything seemed fine until we were on the train from the airport to London. We were informed there was a “maintenance issue” at our booked property and it wasn’t available. We were given two substitutes: a 3 bed, 1 bath, 800 sq foot flat far out side of any area we wanted to stay or 3 one bedroom flats 20 minutes further from the area we were staying in. I admit my error in not immediately demanding an refund and finding something else on my own, but I could tell the individual I was texting was getting off shift soon (it was Dec. 23) and wanted to just get the problem resolved and get off shift. He also didn’t seem to have any real authority or at least presented as such.
While where we ended up was acceptable if you wanted 3 apartments with tiny living rooms and 3 full beds, it was no where what was wanted or needed. Luckily my 3 kids are all adults or separate residences wouldn’t have worked. But they also didn’t want to share beds so we were forced to buy a blow up mattress. None of the apartments were equipped with all of the items listed and one was missing the manual on how to operate the heat and WiFi, but luckily we could share amongst ourselves. This wouldn’t be the case for everyone. When I did text for assistance it took several days to hear back.
On this stay we were forced to pay a lot more in transportation expenses and purchase our own bed. So far Squa.res only response is to say they hope they can do better next time. Of course there will not be next time, and I feel that some sort of a refund is warranted. They originally said someone would contact me on the 29th about it, but I of course have heard nothing.

I would never recommend Squa.re if the setup of your accommodations matter in any way, you want to stay in a certain area of the city, or you wish to receive prompt assistance in any matter.

Sarita did a great job showing us around the flats and answering questions. She was very approachable and helpful, and I very much recommend her.

The experience has been seamless. Michael from the squa.re have been helpful from the first day and has been very responsive. He has checked in and ensure that all was good during the stay.

Excellent service from Leah and really fast check in which was helpful for me. Leah is also very responsive and friendly.

It was pretty easy to locate the building and Leah not just welcomed me but also helped me with my luggage and made my whole experience seamless. The apartment is nice and cozy and I’m enjoying my stay.

Flat is nicely finished and close to many nearby amenities. Had a pleasant meet and greet with Leah, helped bring our bags in and up to the flat and showed us around. Would recommend for those needing to stay near by.

These properties are located in good station in London. The staff at the reception was also very cordial and punctual with the requirements. We needed Vipul Shrivastav played Major role, when I was booking through India, he was in constant touch with us and was updating us and also helped wid certain issues we had.

I had booked a apartment in dubai I had wonderfully experience with Mr.mohmmed & his team they have one off the best location with best apartments ìn dubai I had very good experience with them
