Although I didn't end up using their services because more family members joined the trip, making it difficult to find a sufficiently large and reasonably priced apartment that met our requirements, Mohini was always very helpful, kind, and patient, trying to find the best solution for my needs. I will definitely contact them again in the future because they provide excellent service, offering many options and striving to find exactly what the client wants.

From the very first moment, quite literally at midnight, my move into Le Grove Service Apartments was seamless and effortless.
The Le Grove team was outstanding throughout, handling every query, arranging viewings, and offering a package that felt perfectly tailored and provided excellent value. I was generously upgraded, and the professionalism across the property, from the front desk to housekeeping, has been truly impressive.
The apartment is serene and beautifully designed, with high ceilings and a calming sense of space. Thoughtful touches such as flexible housekeeping, an in-room washing machine, a welcoming breakfast area, and the beautiful pool, gym, and lounging areas add to the overall experience.
Nikhil, who coordinated this entire move, along with Sandeep and Harshil and everyone else who supported me through the chat, have been exceptional. They truly represent the essence of the Le Grove stay.

Lovely services apartment in Blackfriars, equipped with everything you need. The space was clean and modern. I felt very safe during my stay, the front desk staff were also lovely

I viewed a flat in Earls Court on behalf of my cousin. Leah was super helpful and accommodating, she managed to meet me before the scheduled time and gave me a tour of the facilities. The facility was modern and well organized. My cousin will have to make the ultimate decision!

I had the criteria and specifications regarding the apartment i had booked, it was fulfilled. Just a suggestion, the kitchen equipments could have been more.. the staff at the apartment were very helpful.. unfortunately I wasn't happy with the cleaning staff..
Most important, Mr Vipul through whom I finalized the apartment, he was very helpful and understanding.
Overall we have a wonderful experience and we look forward on booking next apartment through this company.

The hotel rates were lower than any other website as well as great selection of apartment style hotels. Vipul from the Reservations Team specially made the booking and payment process easy with his quick responses.
