I had a really smooth and comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The property was extremely clean and very well maintained, which made settling in so easy.

Our family stayed in the Square service Apartment for 4 months. Our stay was comfortable, tidy and fit our needs well.
Great location - next to a beach and tram station.
Weekly cleaning company was efficient. On two occasions the bed linen was not very fresh. On being told - it was replaced quickly and timely.
Prayas - was quick to respond and take care of all our needs during our stay.
Would recommend their services to anyone looking for services apartments.

I stayed in this serviced apartment for the whole of February 2026 and had a really positive experience. The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made it a great base for my first month in London. The location was convenient, with easy access to transport, shops, and local amenities.

Sarita handled my check-in in person and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to walk me through the apartment, explain how everything worked, and answer my initial questions, which was especially helpful as I was just settling into a new city.

Sandy, the apartment manager, provided excellent ongoing support throughout my stay. She was always responsive over WhatsApp and offered very useful recommendations about the local area, from everyday essentials to places to explore. Her help made a real difference in making me feel settled and supported during that first month.

Michael was my point of contact during my six-week stay in a serviced apartment in London arranged by my employer. He was very responsive, patient, and helpful throughout. He remained available and supportive even over the weekend when critical issues occured. The team quickly arranged a replacement TV when needed and later helped coordinate a move to another apartment when a noise issue appeared.

Overall, a very positive experience. Michael and the entire property management team were helpful and responsive, and I’m happy with the support I'm receiving during my stay.

I had an excellent experience renting a flat in London through The Square Rental Company. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The team was professional, especially Rahul and Shresnth they were friendly, and incredibly responsive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The flat itself was beautiful—clean, modern, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and it was clear that a lot of care goes into looking after their properties. The building and surrounding property were equally impressive: safe, well-kept, and in a fantastic location with great access to transport, shops, and local amenities.

I needed somewhere quiet and close to my son to attend some medical appointments. I have used thesqua.re several times in the past. The experience was great because Shreshth always manages to find me a comfortable place, a home from home, even when it is not possible to stay in the same place. He always makes us feel that he understands our needs and our budget. This is always a weight off our minds. My stay was from 5-19 February 2026.
