Really good quality rug!
The rug arrived well packaged and very quickly after ordering. I was sceptical because of the very reasonable price that the quality wouldn’t be good but I was wrong! It’s a really lovely rug I’m very pleased.

Absolutely fantastic rug and service! I’d just moved house, realised I needed a rug and couldn’t find one I liked in local stores. An ad came up on Instagram and I’d never heard of the company before. Saw some images and videos of the rugs so decided to take the plunge and order one. It arrived the next day, perfectly packaged- it’s such good quality, is the perfect colour and suits our space so well. I’m not normally a rug person, have me not having one in the first place, but I’ve now been looking for other rugs on the website that I can get for other rooms 😂

Absolutely beautiful rugs, had a recent problem with delivery not arriving on time by a delivery company, emailed the rugs and straight away got an answer and problem was solved, I would not buy my rugs from any other company, fantastic quality rugs, would recommend this company.

Very happy with the quality
Very happy with the quality, design and price of the rug. Unfortunately, the plastic packaging was delivered open on both ends with noticeable damage to the seam of the rug. Immediately, we contacted customer service via the website which was straightforward. After we shared the photos of the damage, we were offered a discount which we accepted as we are in the Highlands and didn't want to bother with returns etc. Anyway, we did give the feedback that the packaging could do with reinforcement at the ends as delivery guys seem to drag heavy rugs along the ground. We received a cooperative response from The Rugs team.

Online company selling Rugs! Ordered a long Runner rug. It arrived rolled tightly. Took a while to flatten. However, the Runners edges were cut unevenly. Contact the company who asked for photos which were sent. They then offered a 20% refund or return the runner. Decided to keep but slightly disappointing purchase.

Brilliant, better than expected!m
Rug came promptly. I love it, it matches the colours off my German Shepherd plus it is so easy to vacuum up the dog hairs! The only downside was it needed double sided tape to keep the ends flat, although it would probably have flattened by itself but I was impatient to get it down!

Think before you buy!!
I liked the look of the rug but despite following their instructions one corner will not lie flat and settle. Lots of bumps and ridges.
I reached out for support but just told to try to keep flattening! There is obviously an issue with the rug as the rest of it is ok. Disappointed, not even offered compensation or option to return. Avoid!

Very thin
Lovely rug and just the colour I wanted but is very thin which when you walk on it had no cushion feels like your walking in hard floor. Not sure how long it will last
