Wrong size bulbs sent
I ordered a 3 bulb light fitting + the bulbs they suggested, they arrived quickly and a had an electrician fit them as I’m disabled. Sadly they had sent out the wrong size bulbs for my lights so I emailed them - they did send out the correct size bulbs, now I live rural and nearest shop/ post office is over 12 miles away so they wanted me to post the wrong size back to them I don’t have a printer and only go shopping once a week -( I get deliveries where I can ) so this was getting silly anyhow long story short many emails later they are sending a courier to collect light bulbs on Monday afternoon !! - they cost £13.02 surely the courier will cost much more - I’d have just donated them.
Update Tekled have kindly sent me out a table light for the inconvenience this has caused and whilst I admit I wouldn’t have chosen that one - now I have it I love it, so this matter is now closed and thank you Tekled.

We understand that, given your circumstances and the distance to your nearest post office, returning the bulbs was inconvenient. We arranged a courier collection to make the process easier for you. We apologise for the frustration caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the matter.

Great Customer Service
I noticed that one of my 5ft Led batten lamps failed to work. I noticed that if I touched the end where the cable entered the fitting it came on but only for a couple of seconds. I contacted the supplier who immediately sent out a replacement unit as the warranty was still valid. The new unit arrived the next day. This is exceptional customer service 👏 . I highly recommend this supplier. My workshop has 3 of these Led lights fittings, two 5ft and one 4ft situated above 3 machines giving superb illumination to ensure a safe working environment.
