Teaflood 

No response from customer service, didn't receive a tracking number. Pretty sure it's a scam.. smh. Talked to another customer that hasn't heard anything back either. It's been a month and 2 weeks for them and a week for me.

Update. Changed from 1 star to 3 because I finally got the product. Still nothing from customer service lol but at least I got the shipment!

Terrible experience with this company. My order was delivered ahead of schedule, which is typically good. However, I wasn’t notified of the delivery until almost a week later, and when I did check for the package, it was nowhere to be found. After contacting teaflood and their delivery service that they use, I was left with “driver delivered package” from their parcel service, and still waiting for a response from the teaflood customer support. I have checked everywhere for a package, even asking my neighbors if they’ve seen any, nothing. I’ve also sent about four follow up emails with the customer service rep and what a surprise, no answer. I’m definitely over this situation and I don’t even want their product anymore, just give me a full refund since I have no product to show for it.

I placed my order over a month ago...I’ve sent 3 separate emails and other than receiving an order number and a receipt for the money they received, I have yet to hear from them or received my product. So disappointing because I was really eager to try this product. Live and learn I guess. ☹️

Bought the Teaflood flask after husband seen it go viral.
After receiving it, husband like it although it did allow leaves through as the strainer bit wasn't fine enough.
2 days later, I'm sitting feeding my baby when I hear an explosion! Run to the kitchen to see glass absolutely everywhere and my husband in complete shock, he had used it as it was supposed to be used and it literally exploded.
I contacted Teaflood and (after deleting various comments on social media) to explain the situation and the response I got was this

So although I got my refund very quickly, I think was pretty poor customer service... Or that this is such a common fault they don't even really see this as an issue as long as you can have a refund

My loose ginger tea fell right through the mesh. Not happy asked for refund but although it states full refund within 30 days which mine was...they would not refund the shipping charge.
I think this is drop ship goods, the quality isn't that great and the size is quite small to drink out of... .. really disappointing gift!

Their new design changed everything.

I ordered my bottle on 20th December and was really disappointed. When I wrote their support about that, they were very accommodating and told me, that they significantly improved the quality of it. They sent me the new version for free and it really is a lot better than the old one. I don't know if the middle screw cap is made of real wood but it looks like. Very nice product!

Very disappointed. I was expecting a much nicer product but this is just cheap tat. I was going to give this as a Christmas present but it looks like I've got it from a pound shop.
