Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I was expecting a much nicer product but this is just cheap tat. I was going to give this as a Christmas present but it looks like I've got it from a pound shop.

They have basically stolen my money. I ordered an Air-frier from them on 3rd Dec and had no dispatch email even though at the time of purchase I was given 5-7 days delivery time.
I phoned them which took 5 times to get through to anyone, and the person could not give a f. I can't cancel my order even though they have no idea when they will be able to dispatch it.

Following up on my previous review titled Can I Give 0 Stars.
They finally sorted my connection out and as an apology I was told I would be given my first year at a discounted rate. Which was basically just paying the line rental. I was told this over the phone and never given it in writing. Although I did ask for this to be the case. Surprise surprise they lied to me and I am being charged full price.
I honestly can’t believe the cheek of them. And I already know that if I phone them nothing will happen. I had already said that I would have cancelled my order with them after the earlier problems if it wasn’t for the discount they offered, which put them far cheaper than anyone else. And now they have just forgot about it. They basically have me trapped now. I hate this company.

They were fine until I moved house. They cut me off a week before I moved and 4 weeks after moving into my new place they are now telling me I have given them the wrong address and they won’t be able to connect me for at least another 4 weeks. They did offer one month free. But I’d rather pay, and have the service I am paying for.
The worst part is after 6+ hours on the phone to them they claim that I have given them the wrong address.
It’s just a shambles. I’ve been through countless security checks with them. Including an address check every time and I wouldn’t have got it wrong all those times.
I just wish I could have back the hours of my life I’ve wasted with them.
