As a small charity we didn't have a very large order but switchaid treated us like the biggest order in the world. A fantastic service, hugely helpful, they did it all and it was so easy... Highly recommend

We haven't ordered our broadband yet but the level of support from Switchaid is impressive. If we are able to exit our current extortionate contract, there is no doubt in my mind that we will be seeking a new broadband deal through Switchaid.

The team did a great job renegotiating our phone contracts, provided new handsets and saved us a small fortune on our monthly bills. Carla then helped source and arrange delivery of equipment purchased with our tech grant. Great service. Now working on switching our energy accounts.

I was keen to obtain a better comms system for our charity and preferably cheaper than the inflated rates we were then paying to one of the big suppliers. With the assistance of Carla Redpath we have obtained a voip system that better suits our needs and provides voicemail messages via the charity email account. This new service is 50% cheaper than we were paying and is much more responsive to the needs of the charity.

Fantastic Team Effort. Michael has been fantastic regards advising us on best plans for Internet. Brandon has been really with regards to supplying mobile phones to my team. We have been working with Michael at Switchaid for last couple of years. The service is always good and able ask questions to make sure I understand the service. When contract was up for renewal helped solve any issues that might have arisen, also been a smooth process.

We haven't had phone contracts for our team, but the pandemic has definitely increased the need for phones. I looked about for the best deal for my charity and came across SwitchAid. They were great, listened to what we needed and gave some great examples of packages that would suit for us to choose from. We have gone with Oppo phones with contracts and we get a great grant back on our spending plus they will review where we are at in a years time and check we are still getting the best deal. They have been really easy to deal with and very responsive to any queries. I would recommend them

Our small community interest company decided to get our internet through SwitchAid, as it is a social enterprise and its work benefits other charities. Although the process with the internet provider itself (not SwitchAid) hasn't always been straightforward, SwitchAid have done far more than simply broker the initial deal. They contacted me directly to check that each stage of the process had gone successfully, and when there was a recent issue Carla from SwitchAid made sure it was resolved and we were happy.
