Problems with our wifi dropping out were investigated at length by Lee Clark, a solution provided and very clear instructions given to set the equipment up.

I had a really positive experience with Kim whilst resolving some queries on our account. She was thorough in her approach, taking the time to understand the problem fully and worked quickly to get everything sorted. Her efficiency and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thanks Kim for all your help.

I needed help to cancel a phone contract as, for some reason, I couldn't do this online. After a lot of patience trying different solutions Kim helped resolve the issue. I have always dealt with Kim regarding our account and found her to be dependable, trustworthy and extremely helpful. Some of the issues we have had haven't always been straight forward but we can always rely on Kim to sort things out and she is a pleasure to deal with.

From ordering the broadband, through delivery and installation Lee was always very helpful and on the ball. Everything went really well .
After the installation I wanted the router name and password changed to make it easier for our users to see the router and login. I sent an email to Lee with my query and he was able to change them for very quickly, even producing a QR code to make it simpler for people to access the router for the first time.
A first rate job, no problems since, we couldn't be happier.

I contacted this company after being frustrated at not finding the information I required from a sister company. I spoke with Kim who listened to my exasperations concerning an ongoing technical issue. Not only did she respond to the request for help, she went over and above to make sure everything was sorted. She also showed extreme patience in dealing with my lack of IT skills. All was sorted to my satisfaction. Communication was exceptional and I was kept well informed on how the case was progressing until it was resolved. Hooray! We had many obstacles to overcome when installing a business broadband into our Before/after school club. All the way through this process from November until February, we had the same point of contact within SwitchAid. Jack Luck could not have done more to help. He religiously kept me updated on almost a weekly basis so I knew what was happening. Merit should be given where it is due and his contact with me made this whole process easier to deal with.

We are a church and arranged a broadband contract via SwitchAid. Having had the router and ancillary equipment delivered, we were required to set it all up. Whilst this appeared a daunting prospect, via a ‘Teams’ call, Lee talked us through the process. His guidance was perfect and enabled everything to be set up and put into working order without difficulty. We are new customers, but based on the experience to date, we would definitely recommend them……a massive improvement in service when compared with our previous provider - and they got us a better provision at a lower cost. Definitely 10 out of 10.

I’ve been with these guys for getting on 10yrs, and the service is just always the best. They go above and beyond all the time. Such a smooth process, honest and upfront and it’s really refreshing to have such fantastic customer service.

Nathan was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish with renewing our charity mobile phone contract and extending with new lines. He liaised with the provider, managed all of the arrangements, and kept me updated throughout.
