I've only had the first introductory call with SwitchAid so far, but it was efficiently set up and conducted. Michael was straightforward and informative, and certainly inspired confidence in their service.

Switch Aid have helped our charity save on our mobile phone and VoIP system. We have many volunteers who require a mobile phone, and Switch Aid have saved significant amounts - a huge help for cash strapped organisations like ourselves.
When dealing with them I have found them very efficient and always helpful. Due to the amount of SIMs we require it has been a pretty complicated affair, but Switch Aid have made it so much easier to sort out.
The team are great, and if they don't know the answer they will find out and get back to you quickly. I can't fault them, they are providing a great service to charities, saving them money and with a professional and approachable attitude.

Our little charity preschool needed a new mobile contract and handset. I filled in an online form and someone phoned the next day. They quickly found us a better and cheaper deal than our existing one and donated us a basic smartphone handset which was perfect for what we needed. Communication was quick and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them for any small charity settings. Thanks Kim for your help.

My two churches are considering having internet installed, one in particular so that it can be used as a warm space for people who work from home but who can't afford to heat their houses. Michael very quickly ascertained what will be possible in the two buildings and emailed me the chat, so that I can forward it to the treasurers. The technology and the prices are very good. I await further developments with interest and hope.

Found switchaid on a Google search for charity Broadband! So pleased I did! Michael explained exactly what options we had and came back with a fantastic deal for us hat offers speed going from 3.4Mbps to around 80Mbps!!! And the price has less than doubled! In todays world we needed more than we currently had but were tied into an expensive PlusNet package.

Once I accepted the offer, Michael explained the process fully and how it will all work and started the ball rolling for us! An excellent service that I shall use again when needed!

SwitchAid are committed to getting excellent prices for the voluntary sector. We're a small charity but have worked with a number of different providers to get cheaper Mobile Bills. SwitchAid have the best customer service of anyone we've dealt with, and it is nice to know the names of people you're dealing with - unlike some of the larger companies.
