Nothing about the bike but the employee in Leiden was super rude so he left no other choice only to return the bike ..respect came first .

The quality of bikes has gone downhill
The quality of bikes has gone downhill. I needed mine replaced just a few weeks after being serviced. They could only offer me two options (tried to give me the worst of the two first before I asked for another option). Both were significantly beat up and had stickers all over them trying to cover where paint had chipped or the bike had been dinged.
It's a convenient service, but now I'm questioning if it's worth the price given how the quality of bikes has changed.

Fietsband was zacht
Fietsband was zacht, en na oppompen weer leeg, dus lek. Fiets geswapped, maar ik kreeg er een waarvan het pedaal steeds loskwam. Weer geswapped. Volgens mij mijn oude fiets gewoon weer teruggekregen. En de band is lek. Ik vindt drie keer een fiets moeten komen swappen wel echt veel te veel...

Wat ontzettend vervelend dat je nu al drie keer hebt moeten swappen en dat je steeds problemen ervaart met de fietsen. Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling en we begrijpen heel goed dat dit voor veel frustratie zorgt.

Great Staff and very easy
I went to Swapfiets almost two weeks ago without appointment because I didn’t know it was needed but the person who helped me was so nice and in maybe 10 minutes helped me subscribe, fill in the form, and find a bike my size which was something I feared. Once again it was a good experience, the bike is great, I wish I had asked their name so I could mention it here to thank them again.

Bad experience
1. The Swapfiets support staff delivered the bike to a different location instead of in fornt of my home's entance so I had to cycle to where they were to collect it.
2. I tested the e-bike for about five minutes before accepting the delivery, and everything seemed fine. However, the next morning, the front tire was completely flat, so I couldn't use the bike anymore.
I now have to wait until July 13 to have it replaced, which is very disappointing.
3. In addition, the model I received is not the same as the one I had before. I would really appreciate receiving the same model I previously had, the light pink one.
I hope Swapfis couls do something to improve the customer service for myself.

Lang wachten, onflexibel
Heb een half jaar een fiets gehuurd, toen ging mijn band lek. Ik wilde een afspraak maken in de app, maar die werkte niet, de telefoon werd niet opgenomen, en toen ik later een whatsapp-bericht stuurde kreeg ik eerst reactie van een bot met storing en pas 8 dagen later werd ik teruggebeld. Toen bleek er bij het oplossen van mijn probleem nul flexibiliteit te zijn, en kon ik pas een halve week later een onhandige afspraak maken. Direct mijn abonnement opgezegd.

Wat ontzettend vervelend om te horen dat je ervaring met onze service zo stroef is verlopen. Dit is absoluut niet de standaard die we nastreven en we begrijpen volkomen dat dit erg frustrerend voor je is geweest. Het spijt ons zeer dat de app niet naar behoren werkte, de communicatie zo lang heeft geduurd en dat we vervolgens niet de flexibiliteit konden bieden die je nodig had. We nemen deze feedback uiterst serieus om onze processen en bereikbaarheid te verbeteren.
