We hadn't moved the family plus pets for over 10 years so the whole process was incredibly stressful however the team at Swans Removals did an absolutely fantastic job of making the whole packing up and moving process as painless as possible. All our goods arrived safely and the tricky manoeuvres that were needed to get our furniture up the stairs were executed without any concern. The team in the office were extremely helpful and the removal team themselves went over and above with the service they gave us. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about using a removal service in the Harrow area.

So impressed with this company. Competitive price, good communication & my most positive moving experience ever! The lady on the phone booking the move & clarifying my inventory was friendly & helpful. The 2 gentleman on the day were amazing. They weren't flummoxed at all by my stuff. I'd run out of time & boxes so resorted to bin bags for the last ditch packing. They were smiley, accommodating & cheerful despite sofa's being a tight squeeze & having to take doors off hinges. They packed the van brilliantly, wrapped up all my furniture & everything arrived safe & sound. They worked so hard all day & really went the extra mile. Can not recommend highly enough

We used the Swans team over two days and found them to be very good at their jobs. They were exceedingly courteous and hard-working. Moving from and to property with carpets, they went the extra mile to make sure there was no unnecessary cleaning up required after wards.

We used Swan Removals for a moving job last week. The team were just brilliant, they arrived ahead of schedule and introduced themselves. They carefully loaded the vans from all floors and brought it to our new property. Everything was moved in very smoothly - taking care of not hitting the walls etc. Highly recommended!

These guys were absolutely outstanding! It took double the amount of estimated time and and I only realised how undercooked I was to move out of my home after they turned up! They helped with packing up, were very polite, friendly, professional and courteous! They also had to deal with my 3 year old running up and down excited and were very patient with him. I chose Swans after researching local options. My initial enquiry was quickly followed by a visit to my old house to understand what I had and what my needs were. I received an initial quote the next morning. Based on this and the quality of my visit I decided to move ahead and confirmed my order. The day before the move the team arrived and professionally packed my possessions, including quite a few paintings. Everything was professionally wrapped and cared for. The day of the move itself, the team returned and did a great job moving everything to my new home. I was super impressed that heavy items were put into their new home, often with assembly required. The team were always polite and courteous. As a final touch, after the move Swans visited to collect the old packaging (but not before I was ready). For a stress free move - at a fair price - I cannot recommend Swans enough.

my wife and i were moving house, we tried all sorts of companies but all they could offer us was a long wheel base transit vans. i came across swans removals and rang them and spoke to a young lady called tina,
she want thru everything with me and got two people round (anna & ricky)
they went from room to room and the shed too, very polite and talked me thru the process. i had the quote that evening and was really happy with it, and they also had three guys come and move everything, they were fantastic. very polite and worked hard to get the job done, i forgot the names of the guys that moved us from london to hayling, we arrived an hour after them and everything was off loaded and they were waiting for my wife and i, we paid them and they left, i would recommend you to all my friends and family, from the time i rang them to the time the guys went back to london i was treated very well. what a great company, you are truly a professional team thank you again from myself pete and my wife carol. We were very happy with the service we received from Swans. We couldn't have asked for better. We had the packing service the day before and everything was carefully wrapped and packed. Having finally unpacked everything, we have had no damage or breakages. Removal men efficient and polite. On moving day everything was packed onto the van very quickly. All went very smoothly going into our new home. Furniture was put where we wanted it and reassembled with no problems. The office staff were also very helpful and we would definitely recommend Swans.

I found swans removals by Google. I had a move from a two bed flat to four bed house. Swans came and quoted, on time and professionally. When I got a cheaper quote, they beat it.

On moving day, they came on time, with three very strong men. They removed all the boxes, dismantled some furniture and packed the TVs. Everything was done with care and attention. They worked around the fact that our boxes were the weakest boxes ever found. They even lifted the boxes and cupboards which weighed over 60kgs.

On arrival they came and unloaded, putting each thing in the correct place. They reassembled the beds, nice and strong and kept things good. It was starting to get late, so they got two extra guys, to ensure that we would finish (at no extra cost)

Swans were with me from 8:30am to 9:30pm. And I am overcome with appreciation over the curtesy professionalism and understanding these goes displayed when doing the job. 100% would use again and recommend to everyone.
