Luke and his team where brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They all ensured our things were packed well and literally made the important happen. They were polite funny and really lovely in a stressful time.
The hours these boys work is incredible and it’s these guys that made the experience great.

The office staff at Swans are hopeless and getting a quote was like pulling teeth, they did not even seem capable of sending an email. We did not actually receive the quote until I asked for the email address of the owner.
Anyway, we eventually got the quote and as time was getting short agreed to it. I requested their 7.5 ton truck and 3 men having needed this when we moved into the house. I told them I did not wish to have 1 Luton turn up on the day. I was assured that on the day we would have the 7.5 ton and 3 men at 8am. This is what we agreed in writing and paid for, but at the last minute the family coming to ours had their movers back out and Swans agreed to do theirs also. I emailed to ask if this would affect our move and asked them to confirm the 7.5 ton truck and 3 men, which they did. Of course on the day 1 Luton turned up!! I could not believe it! Also only 2 men, and an hour late. The 7.5 ton liveried truck was sent to move the incoming family. I would add that this family paid £55 less than us for both the 7.5 ton and a second van.
Our movers told us that there was another luton coming in a minute. They then attempted to move the entire contents of our home into 1 Luton. It was literally packed to the roof. I believe that when they realised this was not going to be achieved they asked for another van. A rental van eventually turned up at 11.30 and after many phone calls. So instead of arriving at our new home in the liveried truck which we paid for, we had a scruffy white Luton van and a van with van rental written all over it, not the greatest first impression! If I had wanted this kind of service I could have paid half the amount at anyvan. The office were not interested and said that the manager was busy and would call back. She has not to date and its 3 weeks later. Very difficult to find a decent moving company these days but this is not it. The 1 star is for the men who moved us, the company deserves 0. Just a note to add: Yes Anna (office manager) I paid for the truck and 3 men, as you put in writing, NOT the move the quality of which I could have had far cheaper elsewhere.

Great service - couldn’t have asked for any better

Two guys were sent to help us move and they did a superb job! They were both very friendly, polite and worked hard for many hours to complete everything. Even the small lift from the 6th floor down didn't put them off and they patiently moved everything. I'd definitely recommend them!

I was given a quote for 1 luton van for around £400. I asked what it would cost to get 2 luton vans and they quoted me £650. I opted to go for 2 vans. I called 2 days before to pay (you have to pay up front) and check that 2 vans were coming and the person on the phone said confirmed it would be 2 vans. On the day, 1 van turned up. My stuff only just fit inside, we had to put a couple of items in my car. The movers themselves were great, moved all the stuff really well and were really nice guys. After the move, I contacted the office to ask for a refund for the extra van that was not sent. Anna the branch manager said that they would not refund the difference as customers do not pay for vans, they pay for moves. Why then did they quote for both 1 and 2 vans and tell me it's my risk if it doesn't fit?

Long story short, scammed out of over £200.

We used their services when we moved into our new place. The move was professionally done from the very first step(contacting them, providing quote) to the end. They've done a great packing and move all hassle free. They made our move less stressful because they were bursting confidence. I can't thank them enough. I'll use their service again if ever needed. Highly recommend.

These guys were amazing. I had to cancel my previous movers on the day before I had to move my three bed house and these guys were available at short notice. They were happy with any time and didn't give me a window. They arrived promptly. They were extremely hard working and friendly. Would definitely recommend. I wasn't bogged down with taking pictures and videos like the other companies and they just took my word for what needed to be moved. Amazing experience, would thoroughly recommend Swans Removals.

Our original removal company dropped out the day before and swans removals were able to arrange a van collection for us with 24hrs notice.
The team were polite, efficient and worked hard at both the collection and delivery sides and moved our 2 bed flat into our new house very quickly and efficiently.

Could not recommend them more highly. Very fair price quoted via Shipley. Really good handling from Anna and the team as they quoted remotely and went the extra mile to get me moved at short notice. Our removers were two fantastic guys for whom nothing was too much trouble. They worked incredibly hard throughout the whole day and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot think of a single thing that could have gone better. Not a single thing was broken or missing. And by 6 pm we were in and waving them goodbye. They really did make moving a pleasure.

We used Swans Removals to help with packing and moving all our worldly possessions from our home of 27 years in NW London, to our new home in rural Herts. I have to say our dealings with them were superb every step of the way, from the courteous and efficient way they quoted remotely, to the brilliantly helpful and polite teams we had over two days of moving. They took care in all they did, were clean and tidy and imaginative in getting bulky goods out the house. Since the move they also collected the empty boxes within two days.
I 100% recommend Swans who by the way were also competitively priced.

Excellent service, the guys arrived on time and were extremely efficient and pleasant to work with. They were also very happy to help with small ad hoc tasks that came up during the day... they made moving day a breeze!

the service was excellent. Ahmed in particular was very courteous, professional and efficient. The packing was great and we were in by 4:30 despite a delay on getting keys. Overall absolutely delighted as I was when i first used swan 4.5 years ago
