Avoid avoid avoid them. And read their contract small print very very carefully for extra charges. Two hours late but when I complained the admin person stated their "tracker" said they were on time. I actually had to run after the van to drag them back or they would have been even later. Zero apology from them.
The worst part was I already paid well over the original quote by over £300 extra (dont be fooled,the first quote is just a low gotcha quote to suck you in) but still they have charged me extra £163.00 over the already increased amount because (shock!) I live in a block and they had to use lifts and walk to the van.
Never again!

WORST EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH! They turned up nearly 2 hrs late. Only one member of the team was able to speak reasonable English - communication was near impossible. They spent such a long long time smoking cigarettes and taking phone call that we didn't get out of the property packed until 4pm. Organisation was a shambles! Boxes weren't marked properly and weren't packed properly! They broke my TV and damaged a picture! They have taken no responsibility for the damage. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Our move was not straight forward, we had to move our house to 3 locations and the guys that helped me were extremely helpful and efficient.

I cannot tell you how brilliant these guys were. Our move was stressful on the run up (as most probably are) and honestly, swans made the removals so easy and stress free. Aleksandra at the office was so so helpful and easy to deal with and the guys that arrived on the day were beyond brilliant, respectful, timely, really kind and hardworking! A huge thank you. Would highly recommend.

Usually I have to let people into

Swans Removals have been incredibly accommodating with our various moves and changes. They have always been friendly, smiling and nothing is ever a problem! We have found them to be responsive and efficient in getting back to us when needed!

Fair quotes and efficient to deal with. The 3 guys on the job were great and easy to work with, but they were an hour late and then arrived back nearly an hour late after the time they had said they would following lunch. This left me running late for where I had to get to which was frustrating

Everyone at Swans was amazing. Prompt communication, video survey, fair quotes. Lots of patience, too; due to some unexpected third party delays, we had to wait until the eleventh hour for the green light to move into our new place. Awful! But Anna and Ricky listened to us and came up with solutions to accommodate our needs. The movers were punctual, courteous, mindful of our belongings, and handled everything with care. If we ever move again, Swans Removals will be the first company we reach out to. We can't recommend their services highly enough.

The whole process from initial enquiry to booking to actual move was seamless and stress free. The office staff gave helpful advice and the removal men were efficient and organised. All involved were friendly and professional . A very competitive price as well. Would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Swans enough. We tried 100s of removals companies and everything was fully booked. When we finally found Swans, they went out of their way to help us even though they were incredibly busy. The office team are so kind and helpful and super professional. The removals guys were a dream. So hard working and friendly and made a very stressful process as stress free as possible. I would recommend these guys to everybody, blown away by the service.

Our removal was from a 3rd floor flat with no lift in London to a house in Ashford.

Swans Removals were great from the start. They were flexible in changing dates as our house got delayed, and never increased prices. Another company tried to quote us an extra 500 pounds for the same move, and tried to take advantage of the timing to increase prices.

The movers were fantastic, arrived on time, professional from the start, and very efficient. They carried out the work quickly and without damaging anything.

Swans made the process of moving, which is stressful, so much easier. The office team was friendly and helpful and answered my many questions. The removal crew was adaptable and pleasant and carried and packed everything beautifully. First class service.

Excellent service from Swans. They did exactly what they promised. The removers were very helpful and got the job done with no hassle.

We moved with Swans on 22/2/21 and the experience was great from start to finish. We booked them on a provisional basis about 8 weeks before we actually moved as we thought removals firms would be swamped due to the ending of stamp duty. We got three quotes and Swans was the cheapest and they did a video survey of our house which went well - really just me going room to room with my mobile phone on video. We got three other quotes and they were the cheapest. We went with them because they were cheapest and were also just around the corner from where we were living. Anyhow they came and dismantled and packed on the Saturday (but left us with our dining table, sofas, TV and bed to use over the weekend). On Monday they actually moved us. Fortunately, all the legal/financial aspects of completion happened as packing/removal took placeonMonday22/2/21.Theywereveryefficient-came at about 8:30am and finished packing by about 11:30am. Then they left and though they had lunch were at the new property (about 1 hr 15 mins away) by 1pm. Then they unpacked. It was a bit intense as there were 6 men from Swans unpacking and we were tired so inevitably we directed them to put stuff in wrong places. Anyhow they had unpacked and reassembled beds/bookcases etc by about 3pm. All the staff were very polite and courteous. And they were very professional and knew what they were doing. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING SWANS.

A very competitive price and great value for money. Very polite and courteous team who completed the removal in a timely manner. Unloaded into the storage unit in a neat and tidy manner and could not have asked for a better service. I would highly recommend.
