Excellent experience from start to finish. Really professional, right from providing the initial quot, and answering all my questions through to completing the move. The moving team themselves were very professional, friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend for a smooth, stress-free move.

Company with several delays and communication issues. In the end, they don't accept any claim. Charge you more hours than the ones they work. They broked an item on the local and kept
another one by mistake.... And the response is horrible... They just want to make money from your need to move, without any concern to the customer. I'm not satisfied alt all. Suggestion: Try to search for a different company here: removalsreviews.com

Worst removals company ever. Horrible customer service. The branch manager Anna is unprofessional. They broke the furniture at the local and still didn't assume the claim. Don't give any written or verbal explanation. Completely disorganised and dishonest. They ask to pay more than the time worked. And ask to pay more than once the same amount. Even though I’ve paid immediately all values with pending claims, Swang Removals refuses to issue the legal invoice or present a justification or response to the claims. I truly don't recommend it. Move of a residential 2 bed property. Team were efficient and friendly throughly the process, and I could ask for no more. Good value for money too.

The team I had was very fast and efficient! No delays whatsoever! But I had to remind them that one of my items was still in the truck before they were about to leave... Luckily I had a list of the items to check against and was sure about it, so I didn't forget it! But for the rest all good!

Was a bit worried with all the different companies out there who should I use as it was for my mother who is elderly any way I requested a few quotes and was still unsure called a few but didn’t get the right feeling till I spoke with Noreen at swan who went though a few details then sent Stephen over to look at the property any way long story short the guys arrived on time and took control they know exactly what to do and did it perfectly ,I can’t recommend them highly enough it work great for us and if I ever need moving or a recommendation they would be my choice

Initially I was very concerned about the fact we were quoted for a Luton but then the Monday before our move we were told we’d need to upgrade to a Lorry, with 3 men, instead of 2. My partner spoke to Tina Popat on a video call and she assured us it would all be ok… and it was! More than OK. Ricky & Nicky were the crew who moved us on the day. They were super fast, VERY considerate, friendly and upbeat throughout the entire process. They managed to get everything needed into the van, and drove everything safely from London to Liverpool. Honestly, moving home has been one of the most stressful things I’ve ever had to do - but I’d recommend Swans highly to anyone looking for a really professional company. Everything went really well. Next time I’ll trust them to do our packing too!!!

Very unhappy with the service I received. Initially wanted to charge me extra for going overtime where their movers forgot to pack a whole room and didn’t not know how to reassemble the trampoline or wardrobe they disassembled and therefore took longer than expected.
Next 2 items were broken in the move and refused to reimburse me even though they are insured for breakages

The best experience so far with Swans removals! They were the best rated removal company and the fastest repliers - nothing was too much trouble even when I asked loads of questions. Aaron and Ricky were brilliant the moment they arrived, they instantly got started and didn’t stop no matter what. We offered to even help where they told us to relax which was a treat! They dismantled all our furniture at lightning speed and were so friendly. I’m so impressed by Aaron, Ricky and Swans Removals and confident that all our stuff is in storage with them until we are ready to move to our new flat - which I know will be a great experience. 100% recommend and will be using them again! Swans gave us a great service. The team was very personable, considerate on how they packed and moved our things and were very careful. Nothing was too much trouble. The price was very fair as well. We would definitely recommend Swans to anybody considering moving.

Absolutely great to a point,the quote was fantastic,the three guys in 2 trucks were brilliant,hard working and relentless in the loading and unloading.There is however a problem with the under estimation of items to be removed,on our part included.We have had to return to our previous property 3 times to retrieve the items left behind on our removal date,which I find kind of unacceptable

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Very helpful before the move to Scotland and the team on the day were excellent. Very quick, efficient and friendly and moved our entire house without any problems and were there on time ready to unpack the next morning. Highly recommended.

The guys were brilliant. Helpful, friendly, fast and so careful with some very heavy and difficult furniture.
From a huge Big Green Egg smoker BBQ to a delicate road bike - everything collected and delivered with skill and care. Very competitive price too.

We moved over 200 miles from London to Wales and booked Swans Removals to pack and move us.
We were told that we didn’t need to do anything as they would take care of it all which is exactly what they did.
Curtis and Ricky were brilliant. They arrived on time, started packing at opposite ends of the property and met in the middle with the entire place packed within 3 1/2 hours.
The following day they arrived at out new property on time, unloaded everything and had our beds and furniture re-assembled in little over an hour.
This was by far the least stressful aspect of our move and we would like to say a big thank you to the team.
We would highly recommend Swans to anyone.

A really brilliant service despite all the challenges of the pandemic. They came on time and very flexible about the dates and removals over 2 separated days. Trustworthy and all very polite.
Careful packing and transfer process. Nothing too much trouble and nothing broken. Probably under estimated the quantity from the video estimate but they did not argue when there were more boxes than anticipated. They do the job themselves so do not subcontract out. Means they do the job and do not count boxes! Therefore quietly got on with it and did not request any extra charges. That is professional behaviour.
The most impressive and also highly professional part was how they went above and beyond in making sure the whole job was done and completed despite having to stay very late. The last box was finally moved in at 8.30pm!
Highly recommend as nothing seemed too much trouble. Will definitely use again for the move back into the house when all the building work is done.
