Ahead of putting our house on the market, we asked Surrey Surveyors to review the property which has been rented for a number of years. Surrey Surveyors were very professional and diligent. He helped us identify what remedial works needed to take place ahead of listing the property. I would strongly recommend their services

Thorough & quick to respond to queries
We found the service provided by Oliver at Surrey Surveyors to be very thorough and professional. We requested a level 3 report. He kept us informed throughout, gave us a call to summarise his findings after carrying out the survey and was very patient in answering any follow up queries we had following receipt of the report and he responded quickly. The report itself was very easy and clear to follow with plenty of pictures to support. We would definitely recommend Surrey Surveyors to others.

Fantastic
Oliver conducted and wrote a homeowners survey report on a property we purchased and I cannot fault the work he did. He explained in a high level of detail any items of concern and the report was incredibly detailed. He remained contactable for any questions and was very informative.
