This is the second time I've ordered new window handles from Truly.
The communication on delivery is good and the Yale handles are decent quality. Highly recommend them.

Purchased white Yale handles to replace my aging upvc window handles. The quality is excellent and fitting very easy. The price was also excellent with a very fast delivery using Amazon. Cannot fault this company and these handles.

Items arrived in good time and were just what I wanted.

First time using Truly PVC. Ordered a UPVC Door Panel which was wasn’t available off the shelf as it needed to be cut to size. After many unsuccessful searches on line and locally in Cornwall I came across Truly PVC. VERY easy online ordering process and at a good price. Delivered by DX Express courier who kept me updated as my order progressed through their system and delivered with a smile. From the day I ordered to delivery was only 7 days. Which I was very pleased with. I will definitely keep Truly PVC as my first option if / when I need any products that they supply. So definitely 5* from me.

Quick and efficient service and delivery

I have used Truly PVC a few times now and always found them excellent. Good pricing, super fast delivery (often very important) and fair delivery prices. All in all very efficient and a great experience.

Need replacement gearbox parts for double glazed French doors and asked advice from Truly PVC who directed me to the correct replacement parts, quick fast response and rapid delivery. Excellent help for me as a DIY repairer as most firms won't give a DIY repairer the time of day.
