Placed an order on 30th April had no update about when this was going to be delivered despite following the tracking order page , contacted them and they advised it will arrive today 06.05.26 but it never arrived and tracking information still not available
Sent another email asking when it will be delivered, no response as of yet

You supplied me with a door lock gearbox which seemed unavailable elsewhere. It is the older style and it arrived the next day!

Truly PVC Ltd is the worst company i have dealt with on amazon they sold me a defected door lock that wont open and they wanted me to pay to send it back to them. There customer service is very poor and i would not buy from them again. In the end it was amazon who give me the money back.They make it very hard to send something back to then in the hope you just give up.

Bought these window handles for my older UPVC windows as the original ones were worn, not only have they made the windows look nicer but also helped the bubble gasket seals do an even better job at keeping an airtight/watertight barrier. Excellent company and always quality products, would definitely recommend and will be using again in the near future 👍

The sending of the sample packs arrived the day after ordering. They were clearly marked and provide the opportunity to order the correct profiles needed for the jobs in hand.

Ordered on a Saturday so didn’t expect until Tuesday so told the customer it would be Tuesday. Arrived Monday and was able to fit that afternoon. Excellent product and great customer service. Does what it says on the tin.
