I have used Truly PVC a few times now and always found them excellent. Good pricing, super fast delivery (often very important) and fair delivery prices. All in all very efficient and a great experience.

Need replacement gearbox parts for double glazed French doors and asked advice from Truly PVC who directed me to the correct replacement parts, quick fast response and rapid delivery. Excellent help for me as a DIY repairer as most firms won't give a DIY repairer the time of day.

Went here today 22/9/25 to pick up a Hoppe Birmingham Lever handle for my exterior kitchen door as the old one had gone soggy and on inspection found that springs and handle mechanism were broken Got this one at a great price £11.81 much cheaper than Handles & Hinges and massively cheaper than B&Q! So thanks Truly PVC and Pete for his help. The new handle feels substantial and works a treat !

Product no problem, postage speedy however the packing shockingly inappropriate. Brand new front door handles in a plastic packet, upon opening and inspection they are riddled with dents from its own hardware. Zero packing to prevent just a packet. Very avoidable damage.

Terrible company avoid send out damaged goods and goods that colour tones do not match and refuse to correspond to rectify the issues.

Great turnaround between order and delivery; very swift, two/three days. The item cost has decreased in the last few years, from mid £30s to mid £20s, as has the comparative quality in terms of finish and finishing. That said, it look good in the door and, fingers crossed, it will be as robust and resilient to the weather as the previous version.
