Ordered Ogee gutter seals to replaced existing worn/leaking seals. Ordered seals before 1pm and they were delivered next working day as promised. The seals were excellent value for money and delivery charges were reasonable. A great all round service.

We ordered 28 UPVC window handles, the handles were lovely and competitive in pricing when we looked around. One of the handles did get damaged in transit but I believe this to have been a delivery driver issue.

Spoke to the customer service team who sent out a replacement handle the same day, was really impressed.

Advice on phone, full set of possible samples, 23 hours order to delivery.
Almost as good as Santa's flight round the world.

Really impressed with these guys, used them a couple of times and orders are always spot on and arrive quickly. Had to return some bits last time (my fault not theirs) and returns process was simple too which is always a bonus. Definitely would recommend.

First & foremost a big thank you to Jessica, for her tenacity in resolving an awkward situation.
We had an initial hiccup with our order in that we did not receive our full order at once. But that was quickly resolved & received our order by the next working day, to keep the project on track.
Unfortunately one of our boards was damaged, possibly in transit, & again this was resolved the same afternoon & we received a new board the next working day. Truly outstanding!
