I really liked the exhibit around the statue of liberty and the museum that explained how it was made. Also the trip to Ellis Island and the information about its history was very interesting. My only suggestion for improvement is that you should point out more clearly that for going up to the statue of liberty and inside, an additional ticket is needed, apart from general admission. That was not clear to me and I missed out on it...

We got there 5mins late because the map that was sent to us by email to get to the ferry is not accurate, so we got lost and couldnt get there on time and the people there were very rude to us and didnt let us in! Such a bad experience! Will leave a very bad google review too so nobody gets scammed again!

I clicked 4 out of 5 Stars, because there was no option to rebook when severe weather alerts are in effect! We got there, but the flash flooding in much of NJ (including Jersey City where the ferry docks) caused dangerous delays. Upon arrival, we walked up to The Pedestal only to be told nobody could go outside due to lightning nearby! I don’t blame the park for being safe, but the rain storm started in the morning. The forecasts all week never said more than a 50% chance of rain. Having a policy of no cancellations after 48 hrs prior to your scheduled time is fine. But no option to reschedule if there is flash flooding, and lightning storms that crop up on the day of? Seriously?!?

I had a very disappointing experience on July 15/ 2026. I purchased tickets for 2 adults and 3 children for $187.75 through Statue of Liberty Guide Support. Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions, including lightning and weather warnings, access to the Statue of Liberty was closed. Our tour was scheduled for 4:45 PM, but visits to the statue ended at 5:00 PM, so we were unable to visit the statue.

I called customer service to ask if we could reschedule because of the dangerous weather conditions, but they refused. Instead of offering a solution, they simply recommended that we bring raincoats, even though there was lightning and official weather warnings.

After I had already purchased my tickets, I found out that the same service through Statue City Cruises was only $104. I felt misled because I paid significantly more for the same experience.

Overall, I was disappointed with the poor customer service, the lack of flexibility despite the severe weather, and the much higher price. I would not recommend purchasing through this company

The ferry had amazing views and the museum was worth watching.

What an wonderful trip to one of the most well known sites. The boat trip was glorious, the fact there is no time restraints is great, learning all about it was brilliant, the memories will last for many years.

We had a smooth experience booking and navigating to the Status of Liberty. The pedestal package was amazing and we had a gorgeous day as a bonus!

We took the guided tour and the guide was very informative and answered all our questions regarding the history of the monument. The team was super helpful.

This was a great way for our family to see some of the best NYC attractions. We got to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island via a boat ride, while taking on some great views of NYC. Highly recommend.

We took the guided tour and we are so happy with this decision. The guide was super informative and was answering all our questions about the history of the monument. We will definitely recommend the guided tour.

This was not worth it and it was confusing. The company is not the one doing the tour. This is not the official Statue of Liberty tour. I did not even use it because I did not think it would work because it was not the correct company for the ferry. There is no reason to use this company. Instead, order through the national park service directly and pay $14 less.

We requested tickets inside the Statue and thought that's what we were purchasing, however we were provided general admission tickets good for walking around the island only. We feel like we were scammed by your company and will be requesting a refund from our credit card!
