I was promised a refund for my cancellation but after the date I booked had past I never received the refund of 319.60 that was promised within 24 hrs to 48hrs. The customer service team told me that I will only receive refund if I cancelled 48 hrs prior when I reached out. However, the day I canceled the booking none of the staff present at the location informed me of that policy. They said the refund of the same amount was guaranteed within 24-48 hrs. The person was one of the managers located at the scene. I feel scammed and I will never purchase tickets from this service again.

BEWARE: this company is not an authorized official provider, they take your reservation then go to official providers website to book your reservation using your information and their virtual card. They never send the tour operators actually confirmation. They run two websites selling exactly same thing in order to scam as many customers as they can. Their other website is statueoflibertycrusies.com-yes they misspelled a word to confuse customers into thinking they are statue city cruises, the official provider. I honestly have no idea why they haven’t been sued by statue cruises. They also a running same scam in San Francisco for the Alcatraz Island. They just appeared online in February of 2026 and have no experience selling tickets to the Statue of Liberty. Also website made with Ai, including ads.

I selected my visit date and time based on available slots on the official website, yet I did not receive an instant ticket or confirmation. Several days later, I got an email informing me that my chosen time slot was no longer available and asking me to pick an alternative. Since I do not check my email constantly, even the backup options were gone by the time I saw the message. I was forced to reschedule my visit for several days later, which significantly disrupted my travel itinerary.

As one of the world‑famous tourist attractions and a landmark destination in New York, it is quite incomprehensible that its ticketing system still relies on inefficient secondary confirmation via email to finalize bookings.

In addition, the security staff were rude and discourteous. They brusquely told me not to touch my own bag during inspection, yet never actually opened it. After screening my luggage, there was no indication that the check was completed and that I could proceed. With only five minutes left before boarding the ferry, this poor treatment resulted in a very negative visitor experience.

Overall, my experience with the company was great. From purchasing the ticket online and having it scheduled ahead of time made the boarding process easier. However, the size of the boast is not spacious enough. In other words, I thought the bought was going to be bigger due to crowd size of people visiting the Statue of Liberty. Nevertheless, the Statue of Liberty tour is an amazing experience which everyone should see.

I paid over $200 to take 4 kids and myself to see the national park and scheduled at 1100 on a Monday. I arrived at 1045 and waited in line for 40 minutes to get on the boat, arrived at liberty island at 1145, and saw the huge line to get off the island that we only used 15 minutes to take a few pictures of the statue and then stood in line for 50 minutes missing the first boat and taking the second boat to get off the island. We elected not to see Ellis island as we were already almost 3 hours invested. I believe $200 for 15 minutes of exploring and almost 2 hours of waiting in line in 95 degree heat with no shade was extremely subpar for a US national park. For that price, tickets should be limited or more boats should be utilized to meet the capacity. Additionally, shade structures should be provided during the long waiting times. I am extremely disappointed with our experience and would recommend against seeing this park.

Our guide, Christian, was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. It’s unfortunate that there’s such a long waiting list to get into the statue, but everything else was such fun and impressive.

Costs $13.95 more than official price. Tickets arrive almost after 15 minutes!

We were not able to use the tickets at the location and had to purchase new ones.

When I got off the sunway, there were a whole bunch of people telling us that we should go to the gate for boarding, so we went to the gate, and got there at 10:50 for the 11:00 am departure. Whrn we got up to board, they said we were in the wrong place. By the time we got there, we missed them. I should have calked right away. I missed thrm.. the ticket guy said I could not do anything about it. I was pissed that they didn't even try to get me on another trip.

The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island were fun to see; however, I didn’t realize that Ellis Island is undergoing a ton of construction, so a lot of areas are closed. By far the worst part was the Ferry. You stand out under the sun, packed in like sardines and cows waiting to board. Then it takes another 20 min to board and head to wherever you are going. You will spend far more time dealing with the overcrowding of the Ferry than actually enjoying the sights.

There was no guide that we could find.

Ellis island was very interesting. The photography was amazing. The rooms also took one back in time. The only issue I have is the length of time waiting in the heat for the ferry over. Some AC would have been nice or more fans.

Online ticket process was smooth and easy; boarding and ferry ride was efficient and smooth.
