Claim 5 months ago..still no news
My partner and I claimed on our insurance due to being quarantined in Thailand due to Covid. We sent all claim documents at the beginning of March 2022. After hearing nothing for 2 months, I called in May 2022 to be told that the claim had been finalised, I said I hadn’t received any information by email or post, and was told they would contact me shortly.
I called last Wednesday the 27th July 2022, my 3rd phone call and have been told the same information, it has been finalised and they will get the claims manager to contact me….i am still waiting. I am literally losing the will to live with this shocking company, literally the worst company/customer service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
If this is not sorted shortly, my father who is a QC will be getting on the case.
I urge anyone reading this to avoid this company at all costs.

Claim ongoing for nearly 3 months and…
Claim ongoing for nearly 3 months and yet to receive a proper response. Have emailed/called numerous times, promised call backs/updates which have not been made. Have been told that managers aren’t in on certain days so there’s no point of contact for escalations. The entire process has been a joke and an embarrassment. The company is happy enough to take your money but their mindset soon changes when the situation is reversed. The company seem to be massively understaffed, with poor internal managerial structuring and a complete disregard towards processes specifically in this scenario an escalation matrix. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: I replied 3 days ago and still yet to receive a response/update.

Frustration and only disappointment only no service!!!
Start travel insurance have not contacted us at all regarding our claim for stolen goods. i have e mailed five times no reply or they have been returned. I have telephoned six times. When calling I am always number ONE in the queue waiting for exactly twenty minutes then being told to ring back later, It is the worst travel insurance company we have ever had the misfortune to be connected with. Over the years we have travelled extensively never having had a problem before it is just not on. They take your money very quickly, do not even think about using them save yourself any incredibly bad non existent service.

Awful service. Avoid
Do not recommend. Avoid at all cost!! Poor customer service. Couldn’t get through to an operator for an hour then constantly waited on hold when I got through to the call because the operators couldn’t answer my question. After being on hold I gave them my email where they were supposed to send me a claims form. They never did. I therefore still haven’t got my money back for a medical claim. Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs

The company cancelled my Insurance…
The company cancelled my Insurance because I suffered another single issue of a DVT.
Then the company had the audacity to send me a 'sorry your leaving us' email.
I tried to reply "I'M NOT LEAVING YOU". "YOU'VE LEFT ME - HIGH & DRY".......
