Easy to set up and questions were well arranged so that there weren't to many.
Like all insurance you only find out how good they are should you need to make a claim.
The other parent company break down cover have aways been exceptional when I had a breakdown.

Fortunately didn’t need to use this so can’t comment on the claim process but buying the policy was easy and straightforward.

First Class Customer Service
I would book using start travel anytime and certainly recommend them to friends and family. I had to cancel my insurance just before my holiday as the airline I was travelling with cancelled the flight without informing me. Start travel refunded the full amount I paid without a quip. Excellent customer service.

Not good
These people are really slow. The claims process is a total joke and I was passed around the system 3 times. Each time I was given a different set of instructions. I went skiing and I got stuck due to an avalanche and I missed my flight. After 2 months I was told oh we don't cover that.. goodbye. Honestly a poor company. I was persuaded because of the Which Review.

Don’t expect any help to get home
Waste of time a member of our party has seriously broken a bone on second day and has to travel back with us on 7th day on return flight I cant do a 0 star

We have made our first claim and they will not answer emails or questions
We have made our first claim in 2 years for cancelled flights, it has now been 3 month trying to claim, we have given them all the information 3 times and they emailed us say they made a mistake and they will pay us in 3-5worling days which was 3 weeks ago and we tried to call them to find out what,is going on and they say they cannot tell us as they do not know. We have aimed them and we get no rely.
Stay away !!!!
