Stape has exceeded expectations. At first, I thought that it's impossible to bypass ad blockers, but it's cool that their team is constantly developing Custom Loader and Cookie Keeper. Kind of sad customer service, after having sold several solutions - we now have to fight with them to get access to our own stuff.

I have been using Stape.io for over a year and paying a significant amount each month, yet the customer support has been consistently unhelpful. The support team seems unwilling to genuinely assist clients. When I mentioned switching to another platform, I was simply told that I could cancel my account anytime—without any effort to address my concerns.

The implementation process is unnecessarily complex compared to other platforms. Why do I need to purchase additional Shopify features just to implement new customer data in Google Ads? For my new accounts, I am now using taggrs.io, where the tracking setup is verified, and new customer data can be added without extra costs.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of support provided.
