Good in marketing really bad support


I am canceling my sGTM subscription because, despite their claims that the setup is easy, the tutorials are outdated. They provide some tricks, but there is no real transfer of knowledge, leaving you still dependent. Customer support is unhelpful, with responses that are cold, and sometimes you have to wait 3 to 4 days only to receive the same response: "Pay our team between $1,200 and $1,500." After a year of subscription, I’ve seen no results. Impossible to setup and i don't want to give 1500$ to their STAPE AGENCY.

Solved THE 1 Million Dollar problem for me

I am extremely surprised by the one-star reviews that some of the customer left. I am personally extremely satisfied with the service that stape.io provided! From the very beginning, their customer support has been outstanding, answering all my questions promptly and guiding me precisely through the implementation of their tracking services. Their technical expertise is evident, and they were able to set everything up perfectly, allowing me to track my data with impeccable accuracy. But what really impressed me was the after-sales support: unmatched! Even after the installation, they are always available to assist, making the whole experience a pleasure. Can not cancel the service

The fb tools that it is need for are not useful so I wanted to cancel the service, it turns out they do not recognize the password that I created and the change password function does not work. So the only option left is to change card otherwise they want to charge my card forever.

I had high hopes but they suck

I had high hopes, but their support is dismal and non-existent. It looks like they do not even read the request and auto-reply. My server broke, and I did not even know. I pointed things out, which all pointed to them, and they said it was my GTM account, which had not been touched for two months. I also waited for another server to be config, three weeks later just gave up. Stick with Google or AWS costs more, but at least it does not break.

I've been using Stape for some time…

I've been using Stape for some time now, and it's been fantastic. The setup was straightforward, and it's made tracking so much easier for me.
Definitely recommend them!

These guys are totally amazing.

These guys are totally amazing.

Not only they solve a CRUCIAL problem for most teams which is setting up properly GTM and conversion tracking overall (this from my experience) but they offer an unparalleled support service until the end! Shout out to the team for helping me even when the included support time was already over!

Their service is 110% worth it. I can't express my gratitude enough to the Stape team for improving our business this much.
