I bought Nike shoes size 46, payment option was cash on delivery.
It didn’t fit very well, I made a return request then used the live chat to request the refund to be cash on pick up (they already charged me 10 AED extra because I used COD payment) and their representative told me the only option available is a refund to their ewallet, I as a customer who didn’t like their products and services decided not to keep the money in their wallet and requested a Refund or transfer to my card (which is already setup for use in my account but I didn’t use it to pay for this order in particular) the representative said again no, the refund will only be sent into the ewallet and only to be used on their website within 12 months validity, then sent me “is there anything else I can help you with?”
I ended the chat because of this attitude.
Again I used their live chat and tried to talk to another agent, he was already showing bad attitude like if the management is going to cut his salary if he helped me out, he even sent “no not possible” before I even explain to him anything.
The first agent is Rand.
The second agent is Rashed.
Based on my experience :
1. I suspect they are selling fake Nike shoes.
2. Their live chat agents are clueless and impolite.
3. Compared to other businesses who are not hiring trolls for live chat services, they could write an email to the management and easily make an exception for this refund to be transferred to my CC instead of their ewallet.
But what to do?

Awful customer support
Offer shown on the main page for ENBD cards does not work. When contacted, customer support agent was a clear idiot and had nothing but waste of time in mind. The situation was within the said terms and conditions yet the support agent decided to go for a literacy lesson like a 12 year old. The thing is if I did not know the bank offer is not going to work (even though it clearly say on the website which was the reason I paid my money) I would have just used an alternate payment method which I would have at least gotten credit score points.
(Edit:
I'd like to clarify that a recheck shouldn't be needed for something that clearly says auto applied at checkout. In addition, the card I used was applicable in the terms and conditions at the time or order.)

Last week i brought a Fuji brand cycle…
Last week i brought a Fuji brand cycle from sharaf dg S&S. it had a small noise issue in break they told us it will take 5 to 6 days for service. I recieved it today, on the 7th day . I couldn't find any service made on this cycle.now more noisy I called service people. they again asked me to call to customer care.I am not sure what they did in 7 days.I literally can say no service has done on this cycle.worst experience.

Return item picked up on same day, exchange item still not delivered after more than two weeks
Requested for an item to be exchanged on 15th April. Pick up of the item was done immediately but the exchange item has not been delivered even after speaking to 4 different people... last one being Munder Ahmad. I've had enough so I requested for a cancellation and refund. I hope this is not a difficult task for them to complete. Namshi and 6th street are by far more efficient. Agonising experience is an understatement.

Ordered a pair of sneakers online recently. I got it delivered within 1 day. They were fast and the shoes looked new, as they should.
Last year I ordered a pair of running shoes but not in my size, so I had to return them. The return process was surprisingly easy and fast. The refund came through easily.

Ordered clothes for my kids before Eid expected delivery didn't arrive on time and what makes it worse they lie. The delivery driver said he attempted to deliver but I didn't receive a call. It's all lies to make themselves look better. I tried to call customer service which is useless you can never get through. It rings and cuts off everytime. Don't buy from these guys save yourself the hassle please.

The worst refund/exhange process
I ordered sneakers more than 1 and half months ago and they did not fit. For 3 weeks, I couldn’t return it because of a glitch in their system. After that, for the past month, I have contacted the customer service more than 5 times and they cancelled my return request and created a new one for some reason. The delivery guy would contact me for the location and then disappear after the location is sent and it is counted as “failed attempt” because “the customer is unreachable”. Until now, I never got my refund. Never buying from them again.
Update:
I already left the country and left the item with a colleague. Same thing happened, and they did not collect it for two months since the order that also my colleague left the country as well. They also agreed with them to return the item whenever one of my acquaintances are traveling back to the UAE due to “their understanding and empathy”. Now, they are saying that if my acquaintances are not traveling soon, they will not return it since the product may be out of stock. In conclusion, they want me to have the product even if I am unwilling to take it. I do not advise buying online, especially if you are not staying in the UAE.

Poor customer service
I ordered a pair of flip flops online in a size 39/40, they delivered a 37/38. Nearly 3 weeks later and I am still battling for an exchange with them!
Their customer service team take a week to reply to emails and then ask for the same pictures as I’ve already sent!!
Really frustrating and a poor example of customer service.
I will not be looking to buy from them again.
UPDATE: thank you for your reply S&S. I am currently dealing with Zeina in customer service but she is not issuing me with a refund for the delivery fee, despite you sending me the wrong size to what I ordered. I was also sent a link to complete a customer satisfaction survey 4 hours ago only to find the link has expired… I would appreciate someone following up my complaint with Zeina in my behalf.

Horrible store to deal with
Horrible store to deal with, made an order online and for an unknown reason, they said the order cannot be fulfilled. However, they have failed to provide me with a refund saying that they cant help me with that? Online Customer Service is useless. Delivery takes ages and when I contacted the customer service they were super rude. They refused to cancel my order and they refused to let me collect it by myself. Also when I go to my orders on the app I don’t see my order!! They hide it so we can’t cancel it.
