Wrong Specifications and worst customer care service
Wrong Specifications mentioned under the description of the item and customer care representatives also do not have any details about the product. As per executive will get call back in 24Hrs, after 24 Hrs they are telling wil get a call back with on 48Hrs.
Better is go to some other sellers/brands.
DONT HAVE STRAS BELOW 1 TO RATE SSS, SO I AM GIVING 1.

Slow and Unhelpful After Sales Service
Bought a Giant Carbon Bike from their store on Jan 6th, 2024 and got it delivered on Jan 10th, 2024. The assembly team didn't have any proper tools for a carbon bike. They hooked(no cycle stand to clamp) the frame at places where it wasn't supposed to and didn't carry a torque wrench(instead had Allen keys).
Barely rode few kms when I found cracks appeared on the frame(where it was hooked) on Jan 15th, 2024. Reported the matter on Jan 16th, 2024, as there is frame warranty.
Tried reaching them and all I get is someone from their concerned team will contact me while I have this product with me which I can't use.
It's simply disappointing. I never knew their after sales service is this poor. All I get replies from the CS is standard replies of the matter is being investigated/prioritised. There is nothing much they can tell me or connect with the respective dept.

Edit: SSS respective dept have reached out to me(18th Jan, 2024) over the phone and have scheduled a service visit in few days.
Edit 2: Service team from SSS visited and solved my problem. Thank you Ms. Claudia for attending to my case and resolving it.

Not happy!!!
Very unhappy with my nordicktrack s22i purchase from this store!! Purchased for 7000aed and after 20mins of using it, its stopped working! I rung customer service to ask for a replacement and was told I have to wait until the service centre contacts me and assess the problem before they can do anything! As far as I’m concerned the product is faulty and should be instantly replaced!
Emailed customer service and called multiple times but still no support or help!

Bad service experience
This is the second time the order has been refunded without any prior notification. I didn't invest my time just to end up with a refund. After discussing within my network, it appears that many others have faced similar refund issues, making it seem like a common practice for your service. This marks my second purchasing experience during the White Friday sale, and unfortunately, the same problem occurred where none of my orders were delivered. After waiting for a few days, the result was refunds again. Considering this has happened more than once, I'm hesitant to place a third order.

Won’t buy on line to this store anymore..
I bought the 28 th of November a bike for my daughter’s birthday. It was supposed to arrive from 1 to 3 days (according to the receipt) and still waiting. My daughter kept waiting for her gift all day long … (Friday 1st)
And still waiting. Customer service is a shame… they say another thing tthan what is written in the receipt … will never buy again.
How can I explain to a 3 year old kid that this store is a shame???

Online store is a scam
The online store is a scam and does not deserve to be dealt with or purchased from. Products different from those requested are delivered, products are also lost during return, the management does not cooperate in solving problems, and the customer is literally stolen. It is not recommended to buy from them at all.

What happened to my orders
I made 2 orders from sun and sand site, what I didnt understand is my 2nd ordered got shipped and 1st order was just waiting there. I made both orders because of the sale , after 5 days they cancelled my 1st order so I wont get that product on sale price anymore and it isnt available. Which brings me back to my 2nd order which got shipped I dont know 1 week before is missing in thin air, I contacted customer service and they said as per schedule its supposed to come on 19/11/2023 today is 21/11/2023. The AWB tracking says its on hold I dont know for what, I am guessing it will get cancelled and refunded. So whats the point in putting up the offers if we cant get the products ? Now after cancelling the same products will be back to normal price or not available.

Poor customer service. Poor quality products
I bought a Nordicktrack treadmill last year in Muscat, Oman. They delivered a brand new faulty machine. On day 1 of use, I realised the machine was faulty. I complained. Their staff checked machine and tried to repair. They kept lying to me that machine is repaired fine when it wasn’t. This went on for a while till machine died completely in July. From then till now in nov, I m chasing Dubai office, Oman office to repair. Now they have stopped replying to me altogether. DO NOT BUY EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FROM THEM. Find a more reliable store. Coz till ur machine is working it’s fine. But the day it doesn’t, god help you. Coz Sun and Sand surely won’t.
I am left with a trail of emails and messages. And I am even asking them to send email ID of someone senior in the management who can look into my complaint. But all waste. Nobody bothers with complaints. Their sole purpose is to sell products and make money. Good or bad product quality, it’s your luck entirely.

The worst customer service. They’re not professional at all. I bought shoes and it was COD and I returned it but didn’t get my money back. They keep telling me in 24 hours however I’m not getting anything back it’s been a month! Worst customer service I had in my life

Please note I have had really a bad experience as I had bought FT Equipment for a couple of months now and still not yet deliver as there logistic team are not cooperative providing a proper documentation to be deliver in our office in jebel ali. Hope someone can assist us, the payment has been fully paid and no one is helping to get done and deliver the equipment.

It was the worst experience!
It was the worst experience at the beach I ever had! We booked ocean front view and got a side view. The telephone in the room was not connected and lights in the room were hanging and not connected. The pool was not work the whole stay. And elevator broke down the last night. We waited to check in for 45 minutes. I was told to park my Jeep on the top floor so druggies did not break into it (staff said they are too lazy to walk to the top floor). The beach had litter everywhere. Will never go back there. The hallways, main entrance and elevators had no air conditioning and it was in the 90’s the whole week.

No Refund and no Response
I purchased a pair of sandals that order was cancelled due to stock limitations. Why accept order when you don’t have stock.
Moreover i paid 59 aed through card and 100 Aed via e-wallet. They returned 49 AED back to card but i have been requesting for 100 AED to return back into my e-wallet but they are not just hope less but shameless who aren’t not even answering after 10 days.
They have worst service one can experience

So now you can take all the time you need because it’s as useless as your service
