DON’T purchase from them ever. They don’t even check or respond to queries; they’ll just ignore you. I raised a price match claim after reading their Price Match claim policy, four separate times. No one has checked or responded to any of them, and instead they claimed they didn’t receive the requests despite me receiving a notification from their app that my price match claim has “been successfully sent and a member will be in touch soon”. The third time I requested a price match, I uploaded a link to verify the item I ordered was in stock for a lower price on a competitor’s website. Because no one checks or follows up on price match requests, the item went out of stock and now their Customer Service team is saying they can’t honor the request. I called them and explained the situation, and they then decided to request proof of the item’s availability when I sent the request — despite this not being written anywhere in their policy. They are literally making excuses and doing everything but addressing people’s concerns. I then uploaded another price match claim request for another competitor’s website — not only on the app but via email and Whatsapp chat as well — and documented evidence of the item’s availability. Instead I’ve received the same repeated reply: “A member of our team will be in touch within 24-48 hours”. I waited until this time frame passed and reached out to customer service again, and they are literally ending the live chat with me and not even giving me a chance to speak with them. TL;DR: This website is a scam, they create false excuses when they realize you’re right to avoid helping you or taking ownership of their mistakes. I’ve also noticed they’re banning customer accounts for people who have voiced concerns or the truth about them. Disgusting.

I already had two unpleasant experiences with Ounass and I think my story with them ends here. I will definitely escalate the matters with Dubai Consumer Rights. Upon return I have been contacted that the returned item has been damaged (I didn’t even take it out of the package) and had to explain myself multiple times to get a refund for the item I didn’t even open. Now I went to the website to purchase an item, just to find out my account has been permanently suspended due to returns. I have placed two orders during Eid sales and returned the items upon trying them on - the garments were either too big or too small. Funny that the company that advertises as „30 days return no questions asked” blocks you permanently over returns. Will not go back and will discourage my friends from shopping there as well.

Quick to take your money but do not honour exchange policy. I ordered shoe size 43.5 and paid 2,310aed but a bit larger than usual so asked to exchange it for size 43 only 4 days after the purchase but they said 'the system does not allow the exchange'. And then they didn't even bother to call me and apologize. No respect of your hard earned money...

Extremely disappointing experience with Ounass.
I purchased a belt less than a month ago, used it only twice, and it already became defective — which clearly reflects poor product quality. When I reached out to customer service, they refused to acknowledge it as a quality issue simply because the item had been used, even though the defect appeared almost immediately.
What’s worse is the lack of customer support. I tried multiple times to contact them, but there was no proper follow-up, no call back, and no real effort to resolve the issue. No refund, no compensation — just complete disregard.
For a platform that positions itself as premium, this level of service and product quality is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the price or the frustration.

This is a scam! do not order from this company.
I purchased a watch and realized the same day that it was the wrong item. I immediately contacted them to request a return and refund. The watch was collected the following day, in the exact condition it was received the box had not even been opened.
A few days later, they sent me photos claiming the watch was damaged and used this as a reason to deny my refund. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.
They are now refusing to refund 5,200 AED without any valid justification. I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life!!! I purchased a Coach Tabby for my wife as a birthday gift. It was expected to be delivered on the 13th April, a few days after her birthday but I didn't mind that delay. Fast forward it's been almost a week and I still haven't received my order, as it's apparently held up at Customs in Saudi Arabia and I've been going back and forth with them, giving them all my details to ensure that it gets cleared. Still, I haven't heard anything from them in terms of when I will receive my order. I'm never buying anything from them again!!!!
Wrong item delivered and poor handling of the issue
I ordered a bag from Ounass and received a different item from what I originally purchased. The product I received was clearly labeled differently from the one shown in my order and on the website.
Despite providing clear evidence, including photos and screenshots, the issue was not handled properly. Customer service initially acknowledged the discrepancy, but later the management team denied it and only offered a refund or store credit instead of correcting the mistake.
The communication was inconsistent throughout, and for a luxury platform, I expected a much higher level of service and accountability. Very disappointing experience.

I had a very frustrating experience with Ounass customer service and I am extremely disappointed with how my case was handled.
I requested a simple size exchange for an item I purchased as a Mother’s Day gift, but my request was rejected due to what they called a “technical/system issue” with the size availability. Later, I discovered that the size was actually available — just no longer discounted. Instead of honoring the exchange, they refunded my order so I would have to repurchase the same item at the full original price, which feels unfair and misleading.
Despite explaining multiple times that this was a Mother’s Day gift and asking for support or a reasonable solution, I only received repeated generic responses such as “we understand” and “apologies,” without any real effort to resolve the issue.
Another unacceptable point is that the refund was issued to my Ounass account wallet instead of my original payment method, without consulting or informing me beforehand.
I sent several emails and finally managed to chat with a customer service agent online, clearly explaining that this situation was not my responsibility since the issue was on their system side. However, they still refused to help or process the exchange properly.
Overall, the experience felt dishonest and very disappointing. Customers should not be penalized for internal system issues, nor forced to pay more because of them. I expected much better service from a company positioned as a premium retailer.
I hope Ounass improves its transparency, customer care, and fairness toward customers in the future.

Terrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer since they launched, but decided to never purchase anything from them ever again because they will always deny their responsibility and blame everything on the customer.

I am extremely frustrated with Ounass and the complete lack of logic in their system.
I requested a return through the app, and the items were already collected from me. Some of the products were even partially refunded — which clearly proves the items are in your possession.
Yet, I receive a message saying: “Collection Failed: we were unable to pick-up your returned items as scheduled. We will re-schedule the collection for tomorrow.”
How is that even possible? If the collection “failed,” then how did you already refund part of the order? This is completely contradictory and honestly makes no sense.
On top of that, the app still shows “failed to collect item,” while you already have the items. I’ve called customer service twice this week, and each time I’m told a note has been added, but nothing is actually resolved.
It’s extremely frustrating to keep repeating the same issue with no clear answer or action. For a company that claims to offer a premium experience, this level of confusion, poor system accuracy, and lack of proper follow-up is unacceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ounass.
I purchased a dress for approximately 9,000 AED, expecting the quality and service of a luxury retailer. Unfortunately, the product did not meet those expectations.
When I received the dress, there was an issue with the hanger strap. I cannot confirm whether this happened before shipping or during transportation, but for an item at this price level, this should not happen at all.
The dress was never worn, and no one had access to it. Despite this, Ounass refused to take responsibility.
They stated that the item was in perfect condition before shipping, but refused to provide any actual evidence from their internal investigation.
In order to resolve the situation respectfully, I even had the strap professionally fixed. The dress is now in perfect condition at their warehouse, yet they still refused to issue a refund.
Instead, they insist on returning the item to me, which does not solve the issue. I no longer trust the quality of the product.
Overall, this experience shows a lack of transparency and accountability, which is unexpected from a company positioning itself as a luxury retailer.
Very disappointing. I would not recommend Ounass based on both product quality and customer service.

Horrible customer care service. They are slow and uninterested. What can be resolved over a phone call they take forever and drag you through their stupid bureaucratic system. Never again am I buying from them! What a joke for a company trying to position itself as a luxury retailer.

I wish i saw this website and read the reviews before i made the last order from them a complete nightmare so far, i ordered a return of one item just few hours after receiving it because it was too small, it took them 12 days to pick it up after many emails and calls then its been 20 days and i still didnt get a refund and moreover since i ordered it on installments payment i am still paying for the item that i do not even have anymore.
