The shoes deliver to me was incorrect for 3rd times. 1st and 2nd i was very polite to follow agent instructions as the order was done through app. Got refunded for the 1st order the order again then incorrect size of shoes again was delivered then they ask m to request again to return which i did and again for 3rd time i place again my order with same item with shoe size AGAIN for 3rd time they delivered incorrect shoe size. I raised my concern again but agents keeps giving diff excuses. Advise me that someone will contact me to exchange the incorrect shoes but keep on waiting till now no one gets back to me. Tried to reach out through emails but no one respond. Calls no agent available. Through live chat agent keep telling someone will contact someone will reach out but NO ONE DID

I ordered an adidas shoes from sun and…

I ordered an adidas shoes from sun and sands and i threw the box by mistake. The shoe size was small and now im stuck with this shoes although its still with the tag and hasnt been worn. I suggested buying another shoe from them to be able to give them the box, still refused. Worst customer service

SSS is a Joke!

I ordered three items from SSS on the 2nd October.16 Days ago! I still have not received my items! I have had repeated conversations with SSS customer services, to have my order delivered to me. But I feel like I’m stuck in a groundhog scenario where I keep having the same conversation but nothing happens.

According to the terms of our agreement and the Consumer Protection Law, specifically Law No. (24) of 2006 on Consumer Protection in the UAE, I am entitled to receive the goods within the promised delivery timeframe. This delay is causing considerable inconvenience and disruption.

I have reached out to the management team on LinkedIn as a further act of desperation.

If this doesn’t help, then the next step would be legal advice.

Their online shopping service needs improvement

I ordered workout gloves from Sun and Sand Sports in the UAE through their online store. They took more than 2 weeks and I haven't received the order. Although I followed up several times, nothing happened and customer service didn't provide useful assistance. It seems that there is a lack of coordination between internal departments. So I had to cancel the order and got a refund.

No help with faulty equipment.

Bought a bike from this company within a month the gears went and my son fell pretty badly. Informed the company and in June and after 2 inspections, many run arounds and 3 months (this time includes when we were on holiday) the final verdict was that they can fix the bike but would charge use. I think this business model will not last long. Our experience with proper online retailers is world's apart. Looking at the 92% 1 star ratings in don't think this company care anyway. It's a shame because it use to be our favourite store.

Deserves zero stars based on my…

Deserves zero stars based on my experience. Don’t shop online!! It will never reach you and basically they take your money for nothing. I ordered over a week ago just to be told today they can’t send it because of a stock issue BS and will issue me a refund. Their contact number keeps dropping out. Chat agent closed the chat on me even though wasn’t resolved. Eventually spoke to somebody yesterday (after 5 drop outs) and they said they will have someone call me today to deliver but no got a message instead today that I will never get it. Their tracking history is all a lie and said there was an attempt to deliver but there never was and said my contact number was wrong and it wasn’t as the delivery guy called me to confirm my location which I did but never heard back. This would never happen in a first world country. Fix your systems and your people if you want to stay in business!

They issued me the money of the refund…

They issued me the money of the refund to my wallet. When they sent an email no where they said it will expire. When I tried to use it they told me to check the terms and conditions which they never shared in the email. Basically they just took my money. It was not a gift card. It was my money. I paid and cancelled the order so it should go back to me and shouldn’t have a time stamp on money. Money doesn’t expire. They worst company ever

Edit: they replied that the terms and conditions mention that the E-wallet money expires after a year. First, THEY NEVER MENTIONED THAT IN THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME which showed my balance. I would not know that it is subject to terms and conditions. Second! I was not told by the company that the money is subject to expiration when I was asked how I want my refund.

This is insane. They literally took my money and gave me no service or product!!! Daylight robbery.

Extremely Disappointed with their business behavior

This company clearly lacks accountability and professionalism. With a score of 1 out of 5, it's evident that my experience is not an isolated case. Potential customers should be very cautious and ensure any promises are provided in writing, or risk being treated the same way.

I am extremely disappointed with their handling of my recent issue. Despite being promised a free service for my bicycle by their salesperson several times, they later refused to honor it and implied that I misunderstood the terms, effectively calling me a liar!

I'm tribblely sorry for SSS way of business. Definitely will not purchase any product or services, unless receiving video recording of it to not called liar by them!

So I ordered a shoe it was saying I would get it by 30th June and I still haven’t gotten the Product and I contacted them several times asking why it’s taking soo long to be handed over to aramex and they are giving the same reply please whoever is thinking to order from sun and sand thinking it’s cheap or offers are available please don’t order as I faced a issue which most of y’all can’t even tolerate and
. check the reviews on any sites about them all are saying the same thing over and over again

I couln’t get my order

I couln’t get my order
I ordered 2 tshirts on 4th June and I got a delivery mail on 7th june but I couldn’t get my order. I contacted with them using live chat so many times; but there is no answer!
That was my first and last purchase! If you don’t wanna go crazy, don’t buy anything from sun and sand!
Edit. The company sent me a photo in which my order was delivered to an apartment which is not mine. I wrote a few mails that says I couldn’t get my shipment to customer services who replied me all the time “ Be patient”! How long time i have to wait and be patient! I have been trying to persuade the Sun&Sand for 20 days that I couldn’t get my order! I feel like I am liar and get another free tshirt. Thank you!!!!

No feedback regarding delivery after order placement

A jacket was ordered online (already paid) on 27-May-2024 with a scheduled delivery date of 04-June-2024. But after repeated follow ups there is no proper feedback regarding the delivery of the item. The customer service agents have no clue whatsoever and keep on telling the same thing over and over again: have patience, so on and so forth. The funny part is as per the system as the item has already been shipped, the online cancellation option is no more available. So as a customer we are entirely dependent for the refund and God knows when! Please don't buy anything from them.

You will loose your mind…

You will loose your mind following up for cancellation & refund and you will not get your delivery on time. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered (I ordered on 23rd May). No signs of cancellation or refund so far. Unfortunately I have to pay my company from my pocket because it was ordered from my company credit card for a work related shoot. The tracking Status is still ‘shipped’ (as of time & date: 7:59pm, 6th June 2024). I received the delivery call on the 28th after I ordered on the 23rd and I was supposed to receive the package on the 26th. I rejected the order because I wanted the order for the 27th shoot. Been following up with them every day since 26th May. Been receiving the same template answers “investigating” and “I assure you”, “we have lodged a complaint”, “cancelation has been initiated from our end” and all. ALL LIES!! Then I get a call again on June 4th asking for the address to deliver. How many times should I cancel?!! They are really testing my patience to the extreme. It was a big mistake to trust Sun and sands. 448 aed purchase. Never again!! Please be careful when you order from here.
