Very bad! The cheat on online purchases… the return policy saying you can do return in 14 days but after you purchase and deliver it is not returnable!!! Then they will share a link saying so… what world they are live in? Never will buy from them online…

Terrible service
Terrible service, i placed an order online for a nike shoes for my daughters birthday, i used a gift card voucher and tried to pay the other amount by credit card, i placed all the credit card info , and their website didnt confirm the order to anything but my ecard balance was 0 dhs after that. I have been struggling since 4 days now for them to return the money because they said I have to re-order again as they cant process the old order, till now despite calling everyday for an update (since they promise to call me back and never do) my money is not yet refunded and they say they are waiting for the financial team.
I feel we are in the stone age, how come a company like this doesnt have an automated way of canceling the orders and returning the money back , and how come 4 days their financial team didnt yet do the job.
They dont respect the brands they represent by doing this, on top of that i missed my dsughters birthday gift, i have to keep calling for an update which never was done. I think my next step is Duabi consumer rights so that may be they move and take it seriously.

Not a reliable shop at all
I purchased a DC brand shoes at Dubai mall outlet and they gave 150 AED voucher. When I tried to claim at Mall of emirates outlet, they came out with funny other terms and conditions such as not applicable to all brands and so on. They are not professional and doesn’t have transparency as well. Must avoid this shops and outlets at all cost.

Terrible Delivery Service Empty Promises and Excuses
I have been a loyal customer of Sun and Sand for a long time, but my recent experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order for shoes and clothing for my children well in advance so they could wear them for Eid. It has been over two weeks, and my order has still not arrived!
Every single day, I receive a different excuse for the delay
If your company is facing delivery issues, you should inform customers at checkout, not leave them waiting endlessly after payment has been made.
And now, the latest excuse? "We have too many deliveries." If that’s the case, why accept more orders without warning customers? A professional would take responsibility and offer compensation for such a major delay.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. If you value your customers, you need to fix your service immediately.
I will seriously reconsider shopping here again unless you take real action.

Deep dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding an exchange request for a pair of New Balance shoes ordered online.
Due to a size issue, I immediately placed a request for an exchange through sss online platform. I received a message stating that the exchange would be completed on the same day, but no one contacted me, and later I received a false notification claiming that a delivery attempt was made and failed.
I contacted their customer service and explained my urgency, as I had to travel to India soon and couldn’t afford unnecessary delays. I was assured that the issue would be resolved and the exchange would be completed next day. However, the same incident repeated: no calls, no actual delivery attempt, just another false “delivery attempt failed” message.
I called their service center six times to sort this issue, and every time, I received vague promises but no real action. Sss representative said they would get back to me after checking with the shipping team and email support. I never received any update—no email, no call.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Sss team has been unresponsive, careless, and extremely inefficient. In contrast, platforms like Noon and Amazon handle such issues effortlessly—returns or exchanges are done within hours, with proper communication and zero confusion.
Due to this frustrating experience, I returned the product at my nearest store in Abu Dhabi. I clearly informed the staff that I no longer want a replacement—I want a full refund and will not consider purchasing from Sun & Sand again.
I will also be posting this experience on public platforms such as tiktok and instagram to ensure other customers are aware of this poor service.

dont order online
i ordered for the first time online of bag bur they delivered wrong item . and all they have to do is refund and repurchased again ? what a service ?? its too hussle on our part. why they csnt get the item as early as possible and deliver the original item i purchased. so poor online . i really dont recommend this specially to all my friends asking for online store of sand and sun. until now it really takes time and no action. really disaapointing

2 times wrong size send
I ordered allstar shoes online in Dubai on their website. 2 times they send the wrong size. I ordered size 5.5 38 and they send size 3.5 36. I issued an exchange for the correct size as mistakes can happen but when I received the exchange again it was the wrong size 3.5 36.
order number AE3084406. Now I had to wait 30 min for me to enter an assistant chat on their website so I can issue another return as 2 returns are not allowed true the website.
Eventually after discussion with Abdullah on the chat they issued a return request. It will take 5-7 days for them to come pick up the wrong item again for the second time and 3-5 to get a refund on the creditcard I bought it from.
prior to agreeing for this he wanted to open a complain with a number and told me the helpdesk would get back to me in 24-48h.
I told him I wanted a resolution now with another return and refund as I emailed their helpdesk email allready 3 times and non of my 3 email I send them in the last 2 weeks got answered
I hope at least I will receive the refund eventually
but definitely I will never order anything from their website again

Zero stars. I ordered on feb.18 and the order was supposed to be delivered on feb.27 still has not recieved the items. They give me a shipment number with aramex and i went to collect it from collection lockers and when the locker opened surprise there was nothing. I sent them an email explaining and 20 minutes later they send me your order has been delivered email?? Is this a sick joke?? I filed a complaint with aramex and sent two emails to the website still no response

UPDATE:
I finally got my shipment after filing a complaint with aramex and went to their warehouses to retrieve the parcel. This whole problem was caused by aramex. I hope that sssports change their shipping partner.

I have bought a shoe from sun and sands city Centre muscst outlet. Within a month the stitch above the lace has come out while the show was max wore once or twice.
We have gone to the store but no on was helpful and they ask that they will send the query to central store from where we have been getting replies but no resolution has been provided.

AVOID Buying SSS- No Refund After Items Returned.

I have contacted them using various methods, chat, email, phone- for over 3 weeks so far; nothing worked, they have been lying on Chat and emails and till no resolution but I will never give up.
I will make sure to have this message shared across all social media on all their accounts.
Will raise official complain on gov.sa for consumer right.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I ordered 26th Dec, website says it will arrive at 28th so i confirmed my order otherwise i wont since its a late Christmas gift, 28th came no response on my inquiry, now tracking says 5th January is arrival. No apologies, explanation or anything, its like youre telling your customers to just shut up and accept since i got your money already.

Terrible experience
My daughter ordered a pair of Converse sneakers from Converse UAE online store. After a month long of waiting, the item status appeared as delivered when it was never! We tried all sorts of ways to reach to customer care at sun and sands sports as the brand rep but to no avail. At this stage, we lost hope of ever hearing back from anyone and honestly feel scammed. Worst customer experience ever!

Worst Exchange Policy
I've Ordered Puma T Shirts, so but the Size was Small. With the Order I buy a Nike Shoes too, That's also Small. Anyway I exchange the Shoe first and send another Exch2Rwqu. Customer Service Guy Abdulla says It's Not Possible, but I explained him size is not fit, but I he say Sorry to here but they cannot exchange. It's Really a Stupidity Policy, but I I didn't see this point in their Exchange Police.
No I have to Throw the Un Size T Shirts. It's Like they Cheating.

Im so disappointed with their service
Im so disappointed with their service, their app and their offline stores. This is the worst service a retail group could ever have !! I ordered online from sun & sands sport website the estimated date was from Dec 10 until Dec 12 . Im traveling and waiting for my order. I sent emails through their website, there was no reply and i tried the live chat, waited for 35 min then it was timed out. I called three of their offline stores in Kuwait they either didn’t answer or answered and closed in the same second. This is so disappointing!! I was checking the reviews now, and i think they should take them into consideration.

Terrible Service and Misleading Information
I ordered a pair of shoes from SSS a week ago, and since then, the status has been stuck on "Pickup Awaited." Despite sending numerous emails to customer service, I received no reply. Finally, I chatted with an online agent who promised me that the item was with Aramex. After following up with Aramex, I learned that they had only created a shipping label, and nothing had actually been shipped.
This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. It feels like a complete scam, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and the misleading information. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

Pathetic Online Store in UAE
I placed a pair of Nike shoes from SSS and mistakenly selected the wrong size so this is why I just cancelled that order immediately just to avoid late returns and all but its been more than 2 weeks now that they are not refunding the amount and nobody is just have some balls to contact me even after making multiple complains. There live chats are just waste of time nothing else. I also used other online stores like Namshi they just took 3 days to collect the return and retund the money. But these guys are just living in the stoneage as they are unable to make simple transfer.
After making the complain their representative told me that the concerned person will contact me in 24-48hrs and this is third day after the complain and nobody contacted yet.
I dont know how the hell Nike has given the responsibility to run their operations in UAE to this pathetic online store.

The shoes deliver to me was incorrect for 3rd times. 1st and 2nd i was very polite to follow agent instructions as the order was done through app. Got refunded for the 1st order the order again then incorrect size of shoes again was delivered then they ask m to request again to return which i did and again for 3rd time i place again my order with same item with shoe size AGAIN for 3rd time they delivered incorrect shoe size. I raised my concern again but agents keeps giving diff excuses. Advise me that someone will contact me to exchange the incorrect shoes but keep on waiting till now no one gets back to me. Tried to reach out through emails but no one respond. Calls no agent available. Through live chat agent keep telling someone will contact someone will reach out but NO ONE DID
