Amazing sleeper/sofa for a small space...
We started looking for a sleeper sofa that would get through a small hallway to a small space.
We found the perfect one here at Spaze.
Ordering was easy, delivery communications were perfect, and delivery into our home was a breeze.
My husband and I set up the sofa without issue.
One week later, we needed it and learned it was pretty firm to sleep on. I ordered their queen-size mattress topper and they gave me the bundle without even asking.
So far, I am VERY impressed with our sofa, and sales and support. Thank you, SPAZE!

I found my dream sofa bed on Spaze
It took me 8 months to find the perfect sofa bed for my tiny mini-suite. Finally, I found it on Spaze. It was a daybed. I was skeptical because space was a big issue in this room. However, this daybed fit perfectly. It was the perfect shade of gray. It was the perfect size, and the quality and comfort were chef's kiss. I am so happy that I made this purchase, especially considering it was out of stock after I purchased the the last one

I know the delivery going to be tight…
I know the delivery going to be tight but attempt anyway to see their customer services will do. But very disappointing as staff only gave standard replies and knowing it won’t make my guest arrival date. With the price and delivery costs of the product (still haven’t received it yet, even we locate in Kansas), they need to improve their logistics otherwise do not advertise 7 - 10 business days!!!

August 24 (Sunday): Order placed. Since your address is outside our regular delivery zone, we requested a custom shipping quote, which typically takes 1–2 business days.
August 25: Quote received, and a partial shipping fee refund issued based on the actual cost. In the same email, we confirmed the delivery timeline would be 10–20 business days.
August 26: Order dispatched.
August 27: Tracking number provided so you could follow the shipment.
When your order shipped, we also submitted your requested delivery date to our logistics partner to accommodate it as best as possible. As noted on our website and discussed prior to shipping, the standard delivery timeline for your location is 10–20 business days, as it is considered a remote area. While we always aim to fulfill special requests whenever feasible, expedited delivery within such a short timeframe was unfortunately not possible.

Tracking system hijacks your personal info
Our order was placed on 8/11. We are unable to get any information about an expected delivery date through your stupid Shop app. Why not just give us a tracking order ?

I order two items separately and should have been charged twice for delivery fees, however a few minutes after the order I received a call from an agent stating that I will receive a refund for the second delivery charges.

Nice sofa bed
We haven't had guests yet, but the sofa bed looks great and with the additional cushioning for use when extended, should make sleeping very comfortable. As a couch it is firm, but that was expected. The gold fabric is bright and looks like it will hold up well.

Looks great, a bit on the firm side
Sofa couch looks great and fits my space well. However it feels hard when sitting on it and even with the extra cost of the memory foam mattress pad the bed is also very firm.

Stylish and convenient but short on quality
The style of the Napa armless sofa bed is clean and modern but the quality is sorely lacking for the price. There's not enough cushioning so you can feel the wood under you when you sit. It is a small size sofa that can fit into narrow doors and folds up conveniently from a queen size, but when you fold it up, the fabric gets all bunchy in the crease, and I think I read other reviews that said the sagging fabric becomes an issue. Had I known these things, I don't think I would have purchased it.

I love the look of the sofa
I love the look of the sofa. It isn't the most comfortable to sit on but I purchased it mostly as a pull out bed. I purchased a thick mattress pad which makes the bed totally and remarkably comfortable. A friend who slept on it said she fell asleep on her back and eight hours later woke up on her back with book and phone still beside her!! So I was very pleased she had a great night's sleep. One issue though is making up the bed. There's no way to slip the sheets/blanket beside or under the mattress up at the top - the side arm bars prevent that. So it doesn't look the greatest when you leave the bed open. But I am really glad I purchased it and very glad that company enjoys sleeping on it!! Thanks!
