Love the sofa, topper a disappointment
Your customer service was very good to work with and the sofa is very comfortable. I’m giving a reduced rating because I also purchased the mattress topper for the queen sofa. It’s an expensive add on and I was disappointed in the thickness and in the fact that it does not fully cover the sofa bed surface. It is about 6” too narrow. I can purchase a topper from another source that is half the price, 4” thick and fits perfectly. It is not returnable. Go for the sofa bed but skip the topper offered by Spaze.

Yes, Spaze was very upfront about their product. It came promptly (2 weeks) and was easy to set up. The pillows and the allen wrench were included.

The couch arrived in a timely fashion, was relatively easy to assemble, and is quite comfortable. The pull out bed is firm but sleepable.

Great Purchase!
The Oslo sleeper sofa is a perfect fit for the den/office/guest room in our condo. The sofa is firm so the mattress pad was a great purchase. The white glove delivery crew were courteous and efficient. The Spaze customer service was excellent - very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Thanks Spaze!

Love this little couch
Love this little couch. It is firm, comfortable, and very good quality. It seems like ifurniture of another time that will last forever. I did end up getting a topper for it to sleep on because it is so firm.

Just Right
Absolutely in love with my couch and could not believe my luck when I found one of such great quality that would fit in my small space. I have slept on it a few times now and find it so easy to set up, and so comfortable as well, but I also prefer a pretty firm mattress. The color is gorgeous and the entire delivery process was so smooth. Thinking about replacing a few other items in the house now.

Gorgeous, high quality sleep couch in a beautiful color
The purchasing process was easy because Spaze provides excellent videos to view their couches. Since we have a tall family, seeing different height models sit on their couches was also helpful. The Allure Two Seat Sofa bed in Tuscany yellow couch was our choice, and it’s gorgeous. I thought it would be a stiff couch from the videos, but it’s actually a perfect mix between firm and comfy. The material is lovely and high quality. It shows as a stand out featured piece in a room, so any other furniture nearby will be noticeable if it’s old! We’re already replacing the table that was going to go in the same room as it feels like we upgraded our entire design look. It’s easy to pull out the bed because the back of the sofa stays firmly in place against the wall. You also don’t have to walk around it or be on either side to open it up, so it’s perfect for a small space. We just pull it out to a bed from the front of the couch. We purchased the extra topper for a softer bed experience, but you may not need if you don’t want an even more upgraded luxury, fluffy bed feel. It’s luxury enough as it is, but we like that we have this for guests. A nice bonus: there is no awful chemical smell like with in other sofa pull outs. Overall it feels like a well thought out high end custom design piece. We really like this sleeper sofa couch!! Highly recommend.

I love the Spaze experience
I love the Spaze experience! So responsive, so easy to work with. No matter how many questions I had or how many times I changed my mind, Zoe’s patience and kind communication with me was refreshing compared to what I’m used to dealing with when buying furniture online. Direct, timely and human responses every time! In the end, I love the piece and the white glove delivery was perfect. The sofa fits in our little den/office/laundry room perfectly and turns into a queen bed fir guests. We opted for the queen topper as well to make it even more comfortable! Can wait to add some colorful accent pillows. It’s perfect!

I am very pleased with my Spaze sofa bed for my new condo. The process of obtaining it was straightforward & uncomplicated. I understood that it would take awhile for delivery since I live on the Texas Gulf Coast but once delivery day arrived, it was quick & easy. The only wrinkle was the delivery person did not realize it had legs recessed under the zippers within the end of the mattress. I’m glad I watched the video to confidently tell him to open the zippers! The quality is excellent. Thnx for a great product!

Perfect for small space
Love this couch! Sleeps great. A little firm (especially in the middle where the cushions meet), but it’s comfy and a fantastic space saving sleeper sofa.

It’s challenging to purchase furniture sight unseen. Ordering was easy, delivery communication was clear, scheduling and rescheduling was easy.
The couch/sleeper is great for our space and customer service provided the opportunity to get the package price on the mattress topper as a subsequent purchase.
