My Yowos arrived on time and was easy, and even fun, to put together. Just make sure you check out all of the parts before you begin.
It cleared lots of horizontal space and provided organization for my books. 📚

Love everything about this brand and the shelves I have are fantastic. I've ordered two. When I had an issue with the color of one not being what I had expected, the customer service team has been very responsive, offering several options for returns or replacement in order to make me happy. In fact, this is my only critique--that they almost gave me too many choices, which slowed the process of returning a bit, and return shipping is not covered. However, I would buy from them again and love these shelves!!

I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years, and the service that I received from Yowos is as good as any I’ve seen. Their customer service team is fantastic, and their products are beautiful. Only issue, the delivery took much longer than initially promised.

I would have appreciated some clearer pictures in the instructions to make the assembly easier. I got it done, but had to undo and go back and forth a few times because they were not clear. The product itself is wonderful! Love it! The 6 tier bamboo shelf and I will be ordering the 5 tier bookcase since I like this one so much. thank you

It took a while to get this, but it was well worth the wait. The bookcase is easy to assemble and holds lots of books. My office finally looks organized. (Whether it is actually organized is up for debate.)

I absolutely love this bookshelf. It’s genuinely one of the best pieces of furniture I’ve ever bought and, without a doubt, will be one of my favourites for a very long time, if not forever. In fact, I’m already thinking about buying another one.

The delivery took a little longer than I’d expected, although I may have missed the information about the lead time when I ordered. There was also a short period without any updates, so I contacted customer services.

I have to say, the customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly, explained the situation clearly, and let me know when I could realistically expect delivery. As it turned out, the bookshelf actually arrived sooner than they’d estimated, which was a lovely surprise.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service. I’ll definitely be buying from this company again, and I already keep finding myself looking at the other furniture they sell. I’ll be making another purchase in the future.

Bookshelf arrived only three or four days after we placed the order. It was pretty easy to put together, and looks really nice in the room. A special thank you to the customer service team for their support while we were trying to decide which one to get.

The bookcase is very well made and sturdy and looks very well in my room. Great capacity for books! It was also easy to put together with clear instructions. The only thing to be aware of is the length of time taken for delivery - around 4 weeks in my case, and the fact that the tracking information doesn’t seem to be updated. However, the Yowos team are easy to contact and can explain where the bookcase is in its journey. If I could find space for another one I’d definitely be placing another order.

I was concerned at the shipping delay but I received a polite and informative response telling me where the bookcase was on its international journey. When delivered, the 2 of us managed to put it together with minimal swearing in about 45 mins. I am happy with the robust and sturdy nature of the bookcase, and delighted with its capacity.

Delighted with the 6-tier bamboo rotating book stand. Superb built quality, easy to assemble and holds over 120 mixed hardback and paperback books. It looks an impressive piece of furniture, sturdy and smooth in operation. It took 30 days to arrive (in the UK). I was so pleased that I ordered a second one.

The rotating bookshelf (6 ft. tall) provides an excellent, very helpful use of space. All the books that were stacked in various piles are now easily accessed on the rotating shelves. The rotating "tower" design of the bookshelf (now 2 bookshelves with this recent purchase) provides an enjoyable contrast in front of the rectangular design of the stationary shelves that are positioned next to the wall.

I ordered a shoerack/bookshelf from them June 17,2026 and today is July 18 and I have yet to receive the item. Also the tracking information hasn't been updated since July 11. I have requested to dispute this charge with my credit card company. The website doesn't tell you this is actually coming from China.

Update: my item finally arrived August 5th. I updated my review to 3 stars b/c of the lack of communication and them not being upfront on their website that the items come from China.

A great bookshelf. Looks just like the photos, sturdy and holds a lot of books. Clear instructions for assembly. Great customer service. Would recommend.
