Was very excited for my order
Was very excited for my order, but the delivery was delayed twice and I still haven't received my couch yet. Ordered at the end of September, and was promised delivery by first week of October. Then it was pushed to a week later, and then two weeks later. The more it delays, the more I worry that it won't ever get delivered.

First Purchase From Spaze
This was my first purchase from Spaze and I’m honestly so impressed! The great reviews and high ratings kept bringing me back to their site, and I’m so glad I decided to order. I recently moved into a new place that finally lets me have a home office/guest room. It’s not a huge space, so I needed something that looked good, felt comfortable for guests, and didn’t take over the room. My new Spaze sofa is perfect for that!
I also used their delivery and setup service — 10/10 recommend. Great communication, super professional guys, and everything went smoothly. You can tell Spaze really cares about quality and customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back as I finish the other rooms in my new place.

Giga Cloud sent an automated text messages and email with a link to schedule your delivery appointment. They also attempted to contact you directly by phone and leave a voicemail, but were unable to reach you because your phone’s settings blocked unknown numbers. Recognizing this, our customer service team stepped in to ensure you could connect with Giga Cloud directly and successfully schedule your delivery.
We take feedback like yours very seriously and will continue improve communication and provide a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience for all our customers. Our goal is to ensure every delivery meets your expectations and that our team is actively supporting you every step of the way.

Some items are not actually available and are listed as "pre-order", though I missed this detail when ordering. My fault, but also, arguably, purposely ambiguous wording, placement, etc. The sofa we ordered will arrive later than we need it and I just wish I'd known.

The sofa bed is beautiful
The sofa bed is beautiful. Yes, it is quite firm. The topper is not available until November. I did buy a puffy mattress pad from Amazon which helped, but I'm looking forward to getting the "real" one from Spaze.
My only complaint is that it's difficult to make up the bed at the top portion because there isn't room to tuck the sheets in.
Delivery guys were awesome!

Love our couch
Love our couch. The couch was as described and fits our space perfectly. We were looking for a guest room couch that converts to a sleeper and this was the right fit for us. The couch is firm, but we plan to get a foam topper.
