Very good service great guy that came

SOS were called in by our insurance company to confirm what we feared, that a leak on our heating system had occurred underground in our utility room. Calvin was fantastic, he carried out the usual gas checks, identified the location and as neatly as he could, dug out to confirm the leak location. He tidied everything up afterwards and left the dug out area covered with a temporary barrier, ready for our plumber to come and fix. A report has been submitted and we hope to get the damage fixed ASAP. We are very grateful for the work Calvin from SOS carried out and would highly recommend them.

Alex came to our house to detect a leak in the internal wall. The appointment was made within a few days of the initial assessment. Leak detected very quickly with very little plaster removed. It was not an easy job as a tight kitchen unit had to be removed. Very skilfully repaired. Have full confidence in the team.

SOS was called in by our insurance company to find a leak with an unknown location. They found the leak very quickly and then also repaired it (we had to pay for this rather than the insurance). We were so grateful that the problem was fixed quickly and that my 92 year old mother did not have to worry about living without water.

Joe explained to us what was going to happen very clearly and then carried out to try and find where the leak on our CH system. On completion he again explained everything clearly.

Arrived on time and after a few questions set about the process of finding the site of our intermittent leak.
Tested boiler,, house cold water and hot water syste. The source of the leak was traced to a position between our fitted floor to ceiling kitchen units using a camera system in the void

Garry from SOS arrived bang on time and immediately impressed us as personable, professional and purposive. He's clearly a very experienced and knowledgable engineer and this gave us full confidence - within a few minutes of us explaining the background of our leak he set about his investigation keeping us fully informed about what he had to do. Within a fairly short time he had diagnosed the problem and given us clear instructions on what to do next. He double checked the pressure in our central heating pipework and identified the cause of the water release - a faulty pressure relief valve. He also revealed a very long standing leak in our downstairs cloakroom and we were very grateful for him spotting this. All in all a very successful day and visit - thank you SOS and thank you Garry!

Great experience with this company today. The plumber (Patrick) arrived on time and detected the leak swiftly. He had to break through some tiles to access and remedy the problem, but did this very neatly, with minimal damage. Patrick was very pleasant, took time to explain the cause of the leak, and gave advice about some boiler issues we may want to follow up. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Toby arrived on time and worked so hard all day to find where the leak in our lounge was coming from. He was a polite cheerful man which made it nice for me and my husband. The leak was not actually from our property but from the house next door which was passed on to the next two men who again were lovely and worked hard to investigate further. We are very pleased with how prompt the work is being done to solve this.

On 9th Oct sos were given job. Within an hour an appointment was made for the following day. Chris Wright attended after calling to check all was ok. On arrival Chris got to work, found the leak and kept us informed throughout. On completion Chris ensured work area was left safe and clean.

This company contacted me within 48 hours of my insurance contacting them they came the next day and explained everything that was going on very pleased with their service
