Late delivery, box was half opened when arrived as poorly packaged.

DO NOT USE!! - This company are absolutely terrible with communication, they do not dispatch when they say, there is no tracking information available. The product I ordered is faulty and there is no way to arrange a return.

I ordered a product on 10 November. The estimated delivery date was 14 - 16 November. To date I have not received it. Had I known that SOS imports such products from France with a long delay in delivery I would never have ordered in the first place. When tracking the item the information states that product has arrived and has been dispatched. However, when I emailed SOS (like so many other companies there is no way to speak to anyone) I was told that my order had not been registered. Clearly someone is lying.
I have asked for a refund but guess what, my request is ignored. My advice: Avoid this company at all costs. Its behaviour is quite unethical. My advice to others if you have paid this company. Inform your bank immediately as they will do their best to help you recover your money. Update: I contacted my bank and explained the position. They said they would raise the matter with SOS. Within two days SOS had refunded my credit card payment but remember this was after information on their website had claimed that the part had been delivered!!! You have been warned and now know what you are dealing with. In future I recommend going directly to Bosch. And guess what? The part and postage is cheaper!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! This epitomises everything that is wrong with globalisation. It is a French company with only ONE way to contact them, a web form. You then need to wait 24 hours, hoping someone will respond. Clearly a small business that’s been sold a shit tech solution which makes them look way too big for their boots as Stormzy would say,

They sucked me in with a cheaper than UK price. I bought the part 3 days ago and literally nothing until I chased them yesterday and finally had confirmation of despatch today. 3 days when everything is in stock? Hmmmmm! I paid over £10 for delivery which was supposed to be a quicker delivery, clearly not! I think they offer 2 prices dependant on carrier not time, but this is not clear. It’s definitely a rip-off either way. And you can’t speak to a human!

Look if you need spare parts, time is clearly a factor. So this site is pointless. I have no idea when my part will arrive but I just wish I had used a UK company or a Frech company being honest and explaining what to expect. I do use another French site for different products and they are amazing! So please don’t think I’m being Francophobic.

Theyve just paid Google a shit load of money to promote the site. This is just the fault of Google as much as the shit company. If searches returned organic results we would truly see the best ranked pages. Google has now just become a list of adverts. Be warned world this is the future, nothing as it seems, promises of greatness but a hollow empty reality.

And if you need customers for your business, please don’t make it near impossible to get in touch. Literally nobody can make an argument that web forms and emails are the preferred way to interact with a business. You can cut your costs but in return you remove value and drive down profits. So you are literally running your business in to the ground. Good luck with that!

This company is a joke. Ordered a cooker part sent wrong part and won't answer my email or accept a return. DO NOT USE this company

I have ordered a washing machine door and still waiting for over a month! I have paid extra as it states the delivery would be in 3 working days but yet been over a month! It is a joke, I have write them and they are saying that sorry your Item has been lost! Scary

De Dietrich Cooker Knobs - Ordered replacements from SOS Accessoire through their UK company, SOS PARTS as the items had to be sent from France. I checked out SOS Accessoire which was a legitimate french company listed on the official company register for France. The price was far more competitive than other websites. The transaction went through smoothly and I was able to track my item from France and download an invoice for my records. The items arrived as new, in tact and well packaged. There was a slight delay of 2 days over their estimate. This was because on arrival at the International Distribution Office in Heathrow, the items were then sent to a central Hub in Sheffield rather than going straight to my Central sorting office for delivery. Nevertheless, I'm very pleased with the product & service and would use again. Hope this helps to balance off the negative reviews.

If from UK DO NOT ORDER. Cheap advertised prices do not include VAT and customs duties. After ordering I had to wait over 2 weeks for my item (delivery £8 & advertised as 3 days). Customer service is non-existent.

The levers were broken on my swan toaster. As they cant be bought anywhere I managed to find some tefal ones from sos parts which I thought might fit. It took them a week to arrive and they do the job. Highly recommended with fully tracked signed for delivery from Paris.

I ordered and paid for the electric motor for the refrigerator on August 30, 2024, according to their table it should arrive within 3 working days, I paid about 7 euros for postage, I received a tracking number that does not match anywhere. I have already tried several times to see where my package is but without success, it is now 11.09.2024 and still no information about my order, I also sent them an e-mail but like everyone who complained, there is no response.
All this smells like a big fraud to me, but we will see what will happen in the end.

I was a little concerned after reading the other reviews, but the part I ordered was shipped pretty quickly, and even though it came from France via Paris then the Netherlands, and I didn't pay for expedited delivery, it arrived at my home in the UK within 4 days of ordering.

The part was also well packaged and had no problems with it when it arrived.

Sent the wrong part and then cost me over half of what the item cost to return.

Don't order for UK delivery - shipping estimates are inaccurate. My order was very late and when I enquired they said it's "lost during shipment". They have issued a refund.

I bought from SOS parts TEFAL Grill plates. Very happy with my purchase.

Placed order on 16th June 2024, item arrived 8th August after much hassle. Initially I was sent a number of continualy changing tracking numbers and directed to a dogey third party tracking website that has barely any web traffic. The whole thing screamed scam and I was ready to do a chargeback to bank account when order finally turned up in the mail. Paid £10.40 in delivery charges for 1 week delivery from France, however in reality, the parcel took 7 weeks and came from Netherlands. No apology, or refund from company. It seems that when you place an order with SOS Parts/SOS Accessoire you are taking a gamble as to if or when your items will arrive.

Needed a replacement power board for my just out of warranty LG TV. This was the only place I could source the part that would ship to the UK (even official LG parts would not). Part works perfectly and has saved me a fortune on buying a new TV. Delivery took a little while to come and was expensive, but to be expected coming from France.

I ordered a "296148 - Plastic pulley set" for my broken watching machine. The part was exactly as described and worked perfectly, and at a price significantly lower than its competitors.

I ordered on the Friday before a bank holiday in the UK, and it arrived promptly on Thursday the next week via Royal Mail.

I will be using SOS Parts for household appliance spares and replacement parts in the future.

I ordered a part for my dryer as costs of getting them fixed wasn't in my price range and I'm quite good at giving things a go myself. Would've cost me £30 just for a call out to check what the problem was. I had a feeling I knew the problem so found the part on here, managed to fit the heat element in my dryer within 29 minutes and it was good to go! Amazing price too! Around £30 for the part and around £9 for delivery ❤️ thank you soo much!!!

Ordered 2 blender bowls. Items received within a week from France. I was a bit concern reading the negative review but now I can confirm that all went well: product fits my blender and it was a the best price I found.
However I cannot comment on the customer service as I did not have to contact them
