They falsely list a plant as "rare" and have inflated the price far higher than competitors would charge. And yet, after bringing that to their attention, they have made no efforts to correct this on their website. It is misleading and shows a lack of integrity from the owners. When seeking assistance with a broken plant, they simply complained about how difficult it is to make money running and online plant shop. I hope this review stops anyone from making a similar mistake to me and stops them from taking a chance with this scammy company.

I ordered during their buy 3 get 1 free promotion. It took almost a month for me to receive my plants which I was understanding about because of the holiday season however, when I received my package I only received 2 plants! When I reached out to the company, their solution was to offer me a gift card for the 1 missing plant + 5 dollars. So not only would I not be getting my free plant but I would have to pay for shipping to order another plant. When I replied that I would be willing to wait and receive the 2 other plants or I would prefer a refund but not a gift card they refunded me. Clearly that was the cheaper option for them and I see from other reviews of the company that this was something they did to others as well.

I received a damaged plant that was also infested with insects. Tried going back and forth for weeks to get a replacement or a refund but different people would respond to me and would now have some new tip each time to try to take care of the plant. Nothing worked out. Will never buy from here again and honestly recommend others don’t.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service, one of my plant arrived dead and the fourth one wasn’t even shipped. Not worth it at all! Don’t order from here you waste your money! The pot I bought is used and has chips. Worst buying decision I ever made! #buyfromyourlocalplantshop. They pretend to be a new company but don’t be on the market for long if you handle your customers and plants the way you do!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. I finally received my order after 3 weeks of waiting and not one of the plants were healthy. The ZZ plant arrived full of dead leaves and with a massive bulb sticking out, the Fiddle Leaf Fig is nothing but a weak stem with crumpled dirty leaves three basically falling off, the Peperomia Variegated was browning and crumpled and the Money Plant arrived in a plastic growers pot instead of the white pot that I had paid for. The leaves of the Money Plant were covered in dirt and four yellowing leaves already fell out. I feel scammed and when I requested a refund, they sent me the same automated customer service message twice without responding to my complaints or acknowledging the photos that I had sent them.

Living in a cooler climate I was a little worried about buying plants online not sure if they'd be able to make the journey but I placed the order anyway since they were the only place with the plant I wanted. A few days after placing my order they reached out to me saying they were holding the order for a few additional days due to the weather conditions which I was totally cool with that way the plant would arrive healthily. They shipped it out when they said they would and even had a heat pack in the box that was still warm when it arrived! My new plant arrived alive and healthy! I'll be getting more plants from you all soon and already had a few friends buy from you all. Keep up the great work!

Update:
A month after saying they would ship me my missing plant, turns out it also never shipped. I contacted them and of course that plant was now out of stock. At this point they offered to issue either a gc or refund so I took a refund because hardly any plants were in stock and frankly I do not want to deal w another missing plant. Things actually got worse: wires got crossed and another customer support person issued me a gift card instead for the missing plant saying that I never paid for it therefore I can’t have a refund (it was a free plant that was part of a promo...but that was why I ordered from them in the first place!). And when I explained that TWO previous team members offered me a refund instead of the gc, this person reluctantly issued me a refund but noted in the email “Please understand the item was not actually paid for. I will send you the refund but understand it was not actually paid for.” Say what? Do they even know how customer service works? It’s like some poetic joke that TWICE they failed to send me a plant, and now they reprimand me TWICE for getting a refund that THEY offered. Really?
Do not buy from this place until they train their customer support and fulfillment team. Absolute nightmare of back and forth false promises and disconnects.
Just read through some reviews and realize I’m not the only person experiencing this. Also noticed a lot of 5 star reviews. Bogus! Buyer beware!

Questionable business practice that advertises buy 3 get 1 free but then fails to send you the free plant. When contacted, they only offer to send you a gift card rather than the missing plant. Had to make a few requests to get a reply but they did finally offer to ship me the missing plant. They do not have a phone number for customer support so you are at the mercy of their online support staff’s timing. There are better competitors w more professionalism and experience in customer care. Plants that I received were ok - bent leaves on all and my Dracaena was totally brown. Don’t fall for their promos and only buy their most unique plants that you cannot find elsewhere.

Two of the palms inevitably got root rot shortly after, tried repotting in dry palm soil but it's too far gone. The Money Tree I purchase arrived in a separate box within a larger box that contained the other plants however there was nothing to stop the Money Tree from crushing under its own weight and all of the branches with leaves were broken. Overall, disappointed and wish I'd just purchased from my local nursery.

Unfortunately, the experience was bad one. My plant had a ticker “that’s not supposed to be there” marked $5.98 for the plant that I bought with $30 and the customer service suggested “I encourage you to google every single plant website online and compare pricing.” I will not do the business with them again.

I haven't been able to find a lot of these plant species on other plant websites which I love. It took a while to get to me but was in great condition when I got it! I think the delay was partially due to the issues with the mail carrier however, not the company.
