Received marble table on 27th March which was damaged. I called the shop and was told a replacement would be delivered within 2 weeks. Since then, following daily attempts I have not had any correspondence. Totally unacceptable after sales.

Not impressed at all loads of messages, ringing, chats on site…. Finally received goods after over 7 weeks

I have sent you many emails regarding my corner sofa as ther are on many faults and have not got back to me not once have completely ignored all my emails still chasing them don't buy from this supplier

My order #3019 I was told I will get my right frame for my dining table delivered last Friday (1st of April) and nothing came waited all day wasted my day. They not even replying to my email or my chat now very annoying. Phone number not working can someone please get back to me!!!!!!

I bought a corner sofa and when assembled the leather on the corner cushion was all baggy and wrinkled, been emailing for over a week with pictures with absolutely no reply, so wouldn’t advise buying from this company

I ordered a furntiure set. It arrived in reasonable time, although I had to chase the order up. When it arrived it was all packaged well, the delivery guy was faultless. However upon unwrapping, a piece of furniture the console table was dented in several places on the base. I took photos and sent them to sleepmaker. Eventually another unit was sent. When unwrapped again, it was apparent it was how the item was packaged inside the box, as to why it was damaged, the replacement was also damaged.
I contacted them again and have been ignored. I have emailed and called them multiple times if getting to speak to someone have been fobbed off and eventually I have just given up. The dents on the replacement need to be looked for, but they are still there.
I feel thoroughly let down having spent a large sum of money.
I will not be recommending this company and suggest people avoid them too!

Ordered my bedside table. No confirmation which was a bit odd. Payment was made though and debited from my account.

Eventually i emailed them about my order. They simply replied 'order was cancelled' that's it, nothing else, no reason why, no information about when my refund will be made.

I would think twice about ordering from this company.

As for their reply (below), they just can't admit they did the wrong thing. As I said before BE AWARE!

I love my new heart bed, it's stylish, sexay & extremely comfortable. It's been such a long time having the children's hand me downs. Thank you for being so helpful from start to finish. Custom making it. It wasn't easy getting into the bedroom mind you, I might need to buy a new leg as should have taken it off first, my mistake, but so damn worth it. Thank you kindly once again. Customer service representative very helpful we have this product in another bedroom it came from you and wanted another for our second room very happy with the quality and great for a good night's sleep as I suffer with back problems. 😀

The table is absolutely beautiful, fits well in my kitchen. Well worth the buy. The only downside is customer service as they don’t inform you about date/ time of delivery. I had to keep sending emails to find out when I can expect my item to be delivered. Also on the day I supposed to have call what time my item will be delivered but heard nothing. Spent all day waiting. That’s is frustrating.

Amazing company, ordered 2 Beds, dining table set and wardrobe, were delivered within the given time, the whole process from ordering to the delivery was amazing. Products are amazing quality too. Thankyou SleepMaker. Definitely would order again.

Chairs r lovely arrived soon 4 us 4 a family party. BUT 1 washer was missing and 1 chair was grey dirty on my pink chair. The rest was lovely. Messages arent always read by the team! For over £500 for 4 chairs u wouldve expected the chairs to arrive clean and in perfect condition. Happy with the 3 chairs but not with the 4th chair goods arent checked b4 a delivery if it was checked they wouldnt of arrived with grey dirt on them. I wont be buying again from this company not 1 sorry either from them!!

Let’s me start by saying the communication and customer service from this company doesn’t exist, they state that after you order you will receive and email with delivery ect, within 48 hours rest assured this is the start of there lies, it never arrives, I ordered some draws and beside units 4 weeks ago, I had to chase the order constantly, one minute they attempted delivery then in the next breath it’s only been dispatched, they just fob you off, the company do nothing but lie avoid emails and messages, how anyone at this company still have jobs is beyond me I wouldn’t let them sell a loaf of bread let alone sell furniture costing 100s pounds, avoid this company like the plague better of going to B&M least you know what you’re getting and the staff are actually capable of customer service.
From looking at the complaints you as a company have has any of you considered that the furniture business maybe isn’t for you.

I had to get in contact with them a week after my order was placed to see what the progress of my order was , and the only time they have replied to me via live chat to say my order will be posted that day . I received no delivery updates that day, so the following day I contacted again on live chat , and rest assured I have been ignored and blanked, this would be understanding if you are being abusive towards them but just to enquire’ Hi can you give me an update on this order …..’
You can contact them via email, rest assured they will ignore you.
You can contact them on Facebook messenger, rest assured they will ignore you .
You can also contact them by telephone, rest assured no one will answer it .
So if you want to be totally frustrated by no correspondence and like to be ignored when you order something from these guys a week after they said my order will be posted , and my order is still saying ‘ waiting for fulfilment’ then sleepmaker is the company to order from.
