Waited for wardrobe for three weeks and when I e-mailed, then received after couple of days without any problems. Very nice piece of furniture for good price. Thanks.

Quality of product is shocking. I would say ikea is alot better.

It also took over a month for the wardrobe to arrive. No updates from the company about where the item was either. Everytime we messaged we got the same reply as in they didn't no either.

Will not be ordering again. Very disappointed

I ordered coffee tables on 02/05/2022 and received email confirmation of my order. I waited 10 days with no update from the company, sent an email asking for an update and was advised the next day that this was being looked into, I've heard nothing since. I've sent 2 further emails which have so far been ignored. I understand they are busy and understaffed but it surely cant take a lot of time to update me on what's going on. Due to the lack of communication I have requested a refund but this has also been ignored. A response would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to request a return of money for a week as I have not had any communication on where the bed is or if it will ever be delivered. I have tried to call and email but have not managed to get through or have any response. I will be looking further into how I can legally request money back.

SLEEP MAKER INSTED YOU REPLY ME HERE, PICK UP THE PHONE AND TALK TO ME OR AT LEAST SEND ME THE RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL AND BOOK ME THE COLLECTION DAY FOR RETURN THE SOFAS!! IF A COSTUMER DOES NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT ANYMORE YOU SHOULD RESPECT IT AND ACCEPT IT. That’s it!

Sleepmaker ok but delivery team appalling. Time given between 12 and 2 but delivered at 2030 with no reply from delivery team and inaccurate info from company when I eventually got a reply.

Placed an order in April, waited 3 weeks for delivery and being told numerous times to expect delivery on certain days with it never turning up… contacted them several times being told that they would help and sort my delivery out with no help at all, would definitely not recommend this company

Cancelled my order without discussing with me. Tried emailing numerous times and got no response. Wouldn't use this company

I order the dining table and coffe table which I got in two different colours ,but I contact the company and they promised me to sent new marble top for my coffe table .Hopefully everything will be how they promised,otherwise quality of the tables and chairs are great,chairs are very comfy,great looking .

Very bad communication, no phones were answered, no emails replied to , eventually got throu via messenger and still v unhelpful
Wanted to return a bed that the quality of is very unimpressive

Thanks for replying to review but why can't you answer your company phone or reply to emails and we were expecting good quality furniture not cheapy flimsy wood!

The Sofa has yet to be delivered in full which was ordered back in March. They do not reply to email enquiries or update you and do not answer their phone. The service is very poor and I do not recommend purchasing any furniture from them. Their service has been terrible.

I was sceptical to buy online again as I paid £500 for a sofa and it was cash at the door so not wanting the man to wait around I paid before opening . the cushions was the wrong ones and the bottom cushions wasn't removable also the thing was hard to sit on so not even a year later iv ordered a sofa from here they said 4 weeks wait and withing a week I got an email saying it will be here tomorrow so I was pleased but still didn't think it would turn up or be the right sofa I asked for after reading some bad reviews but it came at 2pm in the time slot I was given and I'm over the moon with it really comfortable the delivery guy was nice , we didn't get told we had to pay £50 -£60 extra if we wanted him to bring it in the house but the kind man did it anways as we didn't have anyone else to help life it.

I bought a wardrobe from them in October, received the item begin of February, after chasing them.
When I opened the wardrobe the fittings were not in the box, contacted them and after calling a few times received the fittings.
When I opened the box with the fittings, it is not all there and I can't assemble the wardrobe.
Called them a few time and spoke to someone called Ali, who told me that I had to send an e-mail.
I contacted Ombudsman customer service and they advised me to send an e-mail, requesting a collection from them and a refund.
Sent the e-mail on the 5th April and didn't get any response at all.
Now, I have pieces of a wardrobe that I can't assemble in my bedroom.
I keep trying to chat with someone about it, but no reply.
It is giving me headache and stress.
I feel disrespected and abused.
Can't get through anyone.

Poor customer service, poor communication, wrong measurements online... the list is endless but i would never use this company again

Never had my order delivered as apparently no stock available. They took two weeks to let me know.

Ordered marble coffee and side tables which we received only to discover that various items missing to complete Assembly, highlighting this to the company with photos of the missing parts 4 weeks later after exchanging numerous emails we received a pack of bolts not suitable to still complete the tables completion. Would recommend serious thought before dealing with this company.

Communication is terrible . No information on delivery . Eventually got my order at 6:15 am without notice after cancelling my order .
Will never use this website again !!
