My order was delivered fine but just a small problem. The order was minus 2 small screw caps. I have emailed my request 3 times but had no reply from my live chat

Ordering was easy, delivered very quickly and overall happy with purchase

Received a text from a mobile number on Sunday claiming my table would be delivered, as promised, on Tuesday. I replied to the text, as requested, only to receive another message from the 'so called' couriers saying unable to deliver as table has been damaged. All this happened withun 10 minutes of sending the original message. I tried contacting Sleep Maker but message box full so cannot leave messages. Tried calling couriers but no answer. I have now been advised to contact Trading Standards and Companies House as this company seems to be scamming customers. I have also been advised that if no reply or contact is made by the company then to contact my card company and file a fraudulent purchase..

Absolutely awful delivered the wrong item then finally delivered the right item but once unboxed the table was damaged and still a month later nothing keep saying they will sort it! But no nothing absolutely disgusting DO NOT BUY! There are so many other companies to go too steer clear of this company

If I could give less than one star I would; my story is the same as many others on here; order accepted, payment made, non delivery within given timescale and absolutely no communication from this company; phone calls unanswered and message box full so unable to leave a
message, emails ignored, messages ignored. I have now contacted my credit card provider and raised a dispute against the company to get my money reimbursed.
Please be aware and do not give your hard earned cash to these people!

***Edit; I received a private email in the early hours of Monday morning (2a.m), the day after this review was published; stating that they would look into this for me and let me know later that day where my order was….it’s now Friday and even after chasing them for a reply yesterday, I have heard nothing more from them!

The worst company ever! I ordered two table lamps a month ago, one turned up with faulty bits, and no dimmer as stated on their website and the other one still hasn’t turned up! I phoned them
Many times and tried to chat on line and no-one has got back to me! Their customer service is awful! Never buy from there!

Ordered my furniture around a week ago and just received it today and everything is beautiful, any query I had was answered quickly and delivery drivers were so helpful! Would defo recommend! Thanks again guys one happy girl!

It's been 6 weeks and I am still awaiting my order for liquid art pictures x2 I know these have to be hand made but delivery time is normally 5-6 weeks and I have had no communication or updates about my delivery.

Very cheap. Cheaper than elsewere for marble table. Hadxa bit of a wait but was aware of this as company based in enhland and me scotland. AAAAA÷÷÷÷÷÷

Quick and efficient and a beautiful product bought

Item was as described and is high quality however it was damaged in transit the box was ripped and part of the table I ordered had a dent in it. I messaged the sellers about this and had no response so I’ve now paid for a table that’s dented and it wasn’t cheap.

Would definitely recommend this company, great communication fast delivery.

I'm sorry, for the money I paid out I thought I was getting something of good quality. I could have made a stronger wardrobe out of rice paper. On top of that half the screws are missing and I had to drill my own holes, the feet are drawing pins and as a result my daughter is having trouble opening the door because its digging into the carpet.

I havent opened the box containing the draws yet, I'm frightened it might crumble in my hands.

Sorry I wont be placing another order with you. It was a rip off never worth the money.
I have not been offered any incentive or payments to leave this review but they should offer a 50% refund for the poor quality of this rubbish.

Ordered 2 Bentley dining chairs last week and they were delivered last night. They are absolutely stunning! Such good quality. I highly recommend this company. Very competitive price too

No delivery updates/tracking. I needed a table I ordered for this week but I have no information. They don't answer the phone and the mailbox is full, no response on the live chat all day, no replies to emails. I am not sure i'll ever get this item :( gutted.

Appalling service, I was lied to about delivery dates and times until I cancelled my order 6 weeks later, could not organise head in a brothel.
Avoid at all costs.

I contacted the seller numerous times to be told lies about delivery dates that never came to fruition, a shocking bunch of people who continue to trade utilising zero morals.
