Very slow delivery, appalling and misleading communication but items did arrive. It took 5 weeks, there was no delivery advisory as we were told there would be and the items weren't exactly as expected but close enough. Noticed the price of them on the website have now doubled! Very tempted to give them 2* but at least the items arrived. If expectations were managed and customer service were more useful then easily could have been a 4* review. Shame.

Crap company. Still waiting for order. 6 weeks.

THIS COMPANY HAS CEASED TRADING and is therefore unable to provide any products. However their website is still active and they are still taking orders. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM as you will not receive your product and will end up, like me, just having to arrange for your credit card company to refund the money.

I have reported them to trading standards as they should not continue to be able to take orders in the way they are.

DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT give this diabolical business any money whatsoever, they take your money, don’t give delivery dates, don’t respond to emails, telephone calls or messages, I’m sure it’s just a scam company.

SCAM!!! Do NOT purchase from this website. I placed an order for a table, this went fine, but since then no communication, they do not respond to messages, chat or emails. Its been over a month and they have’t delivered anything.

Terrible terrible company not sure how they are still trading. Ordered a lamp table. Emailed 10 times phoned a phone number that just cuts u off after a pre recorded message. No reply from company had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back

When you read these reviews don’t panic. I was advised by my bank to make a claim if no delivery by 15 days. They also said make a claim on line as quicker. I did this on 18th Sept and the refund was in my account by 22nd. They did say could take a few weeks. As for Sleep Maker we all make mistakes and can’t understand why they’re still trading. I ordered the furniture through a trusted supplier Robert Dyas. Really pleased with the Windsor Chairs so - all’s well that ends well Gromit.

Ordered a campervan bunk bed for a very excited 4 year old. My grandma paid on her card as it’s a large cost all in one go. This was on the 26th August. I emailed on 31st August for an update and they replied on the 1st September saying “we are aiming to deliver in the next couple of weeks”. Ever since then, there has been no reply to emails, live chat has stopped working, can’t get through on the phone as it cuts straight off after automated message, no response to social media messages. Absolutely atrocious that they are still trading. Luckily my grandmas bank have been able to get the money back but please please do not order from this website. Save yourselves stress and disappointment. Have reported to Trading Standards and hoping to goodness they do something to stop this company taking peoples’ money.

Awful!!!! DO NOT ORDER!! Is scam. They don’t deserve even 1star. I ordered my table 4 weeks ago still nothing. No customer service nobody answering the phone or responding to emails. They took a money but never delivered anything. So disappointed!!

Basically dreadful....Purchased item 2nd September, eventually received correspondence stating delivery on 17th September but after waiting in all day nothing came. Emailed them....rung several times and even tried live chat to no avail. Going to claim back through my bank.

Placed an order with Sleep Maker, payment taken in full immediately. 10 days after placing the order and I had received no updates. I began attempting to contact Sleep Maker, via email - no response, via livechat - no response, the phone line appears to be disconnected.

I'm now involving my credit card company to reverse the payment. My experience (along with seemingly many, many, others) indicates Sleep Maker is nothing more than a 'take their money and hope they never bother to try and claim it back' scam company.

I ordered 2 bedside tables at a cost of £250. Telephoned them the day before to make sure it was in stock and they said yes. 6 weeks later they have said they have no stock and will not issue a refund. No bedside tables and no refund and no communication. They have not responded to any emails i've sent. Now going through my bank.

Awful, don’t use. Ordered a chest of drawers over 3 weeks ago & not delivered. Like a lot of people here, I have barely received communication from the company and have requested a refund twice. Now trying to get a refund through my bank.

Ordered a table 3 weeks ago and NO communication or table! Phone number goes dead and no one answers emails. Do not buy anything from this company no matter the price. It will not arrive!

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered 3 items back in July. Dressing table, Chest of drawers and a foot stool. Drawers are damaged and the foot stool never arrived. Emails are not answered, online chat ignored and phone calls cut off. Credit card now dealing with this. Do yourself a favour and save any messing, order from a reliable company! If only I had of read the reviews first!

Do not use placed an order for a dressing table! No contact from them and no delivery! Took my money and my order hasn’t even arrived! In the process off getting a refund through my bank. Avoid at all costs wish I would have looked at reviews first!!

No communication no response to emails or phone

I ordered a table and 4 chairs and a extra 2 chairs, I was not told how long delivery would be after a week I emailed for a update and was told 2 weeks for delivery over 2 weeks passed and still no message or any update, I tried to phone but the phone line cuts off, I emailed again then finally got a txt message off ‘courier’ on Wednesday to ask if I’m available for delivery Saturday (yesterday) I replied to the txt saying I was available, messaged again Saturday morning asking what time would delivery be? And was ignored, phoned the mobile number and it was off! I paid £919 for this delivery and it’s still not turned up! Where is my order 5992???

My 80 year old mother bought bunk beds as a gift for my 3 year old. They have not delivered, no response from both of their email addresses after emailing several times over the week, no response for days from the online chat, no response on messenger and the phone number cuts off after the automated message. I will be reporting to the police and trading standards. Disgusted that this company is a sponsored Google ad! And disgusted that they would do this to an elderly person and a 3 year old! How they are still trading after reading the reviews I have no idea! Please stay away from them and avoid the distress this has caused my poor mum!

Stay away from this company. It is a fraudulent company with very appalling customer service. They promised 14 day money back guarantee when you return but they will never fulfil that. It's 7 weeks now they never returned my money after they have received the return item with a proof of delivery. They have bluntly refused to return my emails and calls. Fraudulent company stay away!!!
